I transplanted them on day 26 from 4" pots to 12" pots. The bottom half of the pots are Ocean Forest soil and the top half is Happy Frog. I added some mycorrhizal inoculant just before plopping them in.
So, I was totally focused on not screwing up the transplant and FORGOT to track which plant was which, and now the Jacks and the Bruces are mixed up. Not a huge deal but for the moment it's impossible to differentiate. In a few weeks it should be apparent which are the Bruces since they should be bigger than the Jacks. I do know that as of today, the two biggest plants are one Jack and one Bruce.
I decided not to grow these plants as big as possible, since it's a stealth grow, so that's why I'm not using 5-gallon pots this time. Also they'll be easier to move around.
I'll be topping them soon for the same reason: not looking for the tallest colas, happy to sacrifice that for a bunch of shorter ones.
The pots are covered with chicken wire to prevent the squirrels and chipmunks from digging holes in the soil, and the fly traps have worked well so far.
They range in height from 6" to 8", on day 26.
Update: I topped all 4 this morning since they took the transplanting so well.
Oui mon pote on ne transplanté pas une auto et pour faire du topping sur une autofloraissante, choisi une variété qui a une grande structure (exemple cheese auto) 👍👌 tu as fais du beau boulot !!
