All 3 seeds were germinated paper towel method before being move to the small pots. After sprouting you can see a notable difference among all three.

My plant stopped growing in this position. Any reasons why? Can it be fixed?

it's probably just a slow down... try a substrate with better aeration for faster root growth nex time... looks dense and not much perlite or similar for a more optimal level of o2 at roots... closer to 50/50 is better for soil and root health, though it does mean you have to irrigate more often. it's also in a smaller pot which will impact size compared to others... though it really shouldn't stall even in soil at that size.

I don’t see anything wrong with her. I have had my seedling leafs completely deformed looking like a duck foot and I left it alone. I have never had any problems related to deforming or weird looking seedlings.

You plant is too wet. I believe you have a watering issue. Add more course perlite to substrate to add more air to roots. They need air as much as water and nutrition. It will also make the plant more resistant to being over watered. Your ph is a bit high. 6.1 in vegging in soil. But maintaining a wet and dry cycle is important. Even if you have to water every other side when you water. So one side is always dryer, and it rotates.
