I see a couple things going on here. The thin leaves on top curling down point to an excess of phosphorus. The yellowing lower leaves and middle leaves with tip burn point to magnesium deficiency or possibly potassium deficiency. All these things can be a result of root stress, not necessarily an actual excess or deficiency.
Getting her roots healthy should be your first goal. Keep the ph in the right zone, keep temps and humidity in the right zone and don’t stress her. Raising the lights for a short time can help give her a break.
Check your nutrients to make sure you’re not over/under feeding.
