Planted in coco mixed with fox farm ocean forest so I won't be feeding for a few weeks. Watering as needed when top soil is dry. I have an wedding cheesecake auto planted thats pictured but is not included in this diary.
Things are coming along. I am hoping to pull some weight out of these ladies. Fingers crossed. I will start the lst and topping once they get a bit bigger.
Ladies are growing strong. I'm going to let them veg until the auto I have planted is finished. Keeping up with the LST and watering when the pots feel light.
Ladies are growing strong and loving life. Continuing my lst and watering when pots are light. Running advance nutrients sensi grow and bloom. Using tap water from a well. Starting to think I'm having to add too much ph down to each watering because my tap is coming out around 8.2
Keeping up with the lst and watering when the plants feel light. The ones in the black pots are the GSC and the grey pots are the northern lights. I broke my ph pen so it looks like I will have to eyeball it until I can find a cheaper one. Really need to invest in an RO filter so I won't have to mess with ph while using advanced nutrients ph perfect line.
1st week and half of flower. Switched in the middle of last week. The GSC are stretching like crazy. I've never had any stretch even come close to these ladies and they have plenty of light. Bud sites that are forming are very small with only a few pistils. I'm wondering if this will affect my yield.
Well I don't know what's going on with these GSC. The stretch is real. I'm concerned but I think it might just be genetics related. Feeding every other watering but still no ph pen.
Well I'm giving up on lst with the gsc. The stretch is too much. The northern lights are coming along nicely. Watering when the plants are light, about twice a week and feeding every other watering.
The gsc are putting off some crazy colors. Leaves are turning purple already and the calyxes have a pinkish purple tint to them. Prettiest buds I've ever grown but I think it will be a small yield. NL are coming along nicely. Buds are starting to swell on them. Watering when the plants feel light and feeding every other watering
One of my northern lights has a nute lockout it seems. I'm going go to only give it water the next few waterings. It might be too far along in flower to do much about it though. I think I might need bigger pots for them next time and RO water. A new ph pen prlly wouldnt hurt lol. My GSC are looking amazing. Small buds but beautiful.
I'm not sure what's going on with the northern lights. Looks like a nute lockout but flushing didn't really help. Everything else is looking healthy. Might need to re evaluate my feeding schedule.
Well one of my northern lights got the chop this week. I was afraid of the leaves rotting inside the buds and it had stopped bulking up. Not what I wanted as it was really underdeveloped but I'll make butter or oil with it. I'll include it in the northern lights harvest.
One of my GSC got the chop this week. Could have let it go a little longer but the trichomes were all milky. I'll let the other 2 mature another week or 2 so I have some night time smoke. The buds on the northern lights are really stacking up and the gsc buds are small but dense. Really great smell. Sweet and a little pepper. The trichome production on the GSC are the most I've ever seen. The buds are purple and orange but you can barely tell cus of all the trichs.
This harvest is of one GSC and 1 Northern lights. The northern lights were harvested early because of lockout so the weight was very small. Lots of larf. The GSC is sticky and packs a punch. Lots of trichs. Waiting for the other 2 to dry and will post those next. Dry weight for the 2 plants is about a quarter lb. Definitely learned alot this grow.
Thanks! Im still learning. Every grow gets a little easier. I would definitely go for a larger pot like 7 or 10 gallon. 5 is just too small for these unless you run autos.@@WagwanFam420,
If the amounts of nutes that you used was exactly like this, there is no way it was lockout!
For your next grow i suggest Bud Ignitor in first and third week of bloom.
Beautiful grow ✌️✌️💯
I have all AN, Gold Label, BioBizz and Powder Feeding Nutes. And some of Shogun, Tera and Plant Magic، etc.. it's kinda my passion to compare nutes.
I compared AN, Gold Label and Fearless Gardener, the strain i was growing was Royal Dwarf that i really like. The Fearless Gardener was beyond my expectations.
AN is highly overrated and over priced.
