A Piece of Cake

AfroBlooming420 This was a gift seed that came with an order from a local grow shop. I try to buy from them to keep things local and they have lots of good tips since they are a way more experience than me. Starting with 250ml as I don't want to over water and trying to let her dry out a bit before the next feed. This is in the same tent with the Blue Dream but I prefer to have them as separate diaries.

AfroBlooming420 First mistake happened this week. I decided to add a small clip-on fan and moved a few things around (when it wasn't necessary) and dropped the smaller fan on her. I propped her up with a pipe cleaner as a precaution.😡

AfroBlooming420 Made 500 ml of the solution. I still prefer watering more often than risking over watering but I am figuring it all out. Following the Blue Dream, I gave it some seaweed extract as well. Less than the Blue Dream, which likes heavy nutrients but it was enough and she's liking it.

AfroBlooming420 Changed the tie-down position every few days. She hasn't missed a beat, despite my abuse last week. Not much else to report. She's doing her thing.

AfroBlooming420 Gave her 500 ml and did a light defoliation at the bottom. I removed all tie-downs.

AfroBlooming420 Welp, second mess up of my second run ever: I gave her nutrient burn. I started her with the Blue Dream, which was described as liking heavy nutrients. Wedding Cake was doing fine with the same amount as BD but this past week was too much. I flushed her until I got the run-off around 6.4 and she is recovering. I'd say this is a sign of good genetics on Barney's Farm's part. She takes a lot of abuse and keeps it moving. Sorry ole girl. I'm learning. 😢

AfroBlooming420 Nothing this week. Still letting her dry out so I just took a picture for an update. She is recovering and will definitely give me a nice harvest. I'll start nutrients again next week.
