- 7 day Hardening Schedule
- Day 1: 2-3 hours shade
Day 2: 3 hours shade/direct
Day 3: 3-4 hours direct/shade
Day 4: 4 hours direct
Day 5: 6-7 hrs direct/4 hrs night
Day 6: All day direct/overnight
Day 7: Transplant overcast day
Transplant:
- Lucked out that day 7 was overcast
- Plants drooping/adjusting
- Took a lot of water during hardening
Notes:
-#3 is tall and developing top heavy, could be a male
-#2 is lagging behind others
-#1 developing nicely
-#4 (dif strain) is adjusting to cold better
-Colder temps will slow development
-Hoping for a nice warm spell
Are you sure those are lady bug eggs. They don't look like the ladybug eggs I had. Unless it's the camera yours look very round. Mine looked elongated, a thin oval.
I built a little hut for my ladybugs. I put a little honey and a small bowl of water with paper towel in it so they didn't dround. I really don't think those are ladybug eggs. Seems to fast for them to lay eggs. Also when they lay eggs the ladybugs are huge. Twice the size of a regular lady.
That is 1 nice plant, she is sexting. Damn bugs can be a nightmare. This year I'm trying bug netting. Will see how it goes. The netting will also keep ladybugs in if i need them. Next year I'm putting all my plants under under the bug netting. Vegetables. I like the bucket trick to keep the netting up. Well good luck.
