Hey everyone, What should be the next course of action as moss has grown on the plants in the past two days (and it seems likely that the pH level is excessively acidic - source the internet)? growdiaries.com/diaries/169293-grow-journal-by-grizzlytwitterdruid

I wouldn't worry about the green stuff growing on top of the soil... I WOULD worry about two things: 1) 50F is far too cold for the poor thing, especially if you've got 60% humidity! And 2) you're overwatering her badly and this will kill her faster than anything else. You've got to bring your temps up to the mid-70s at least and you've got to allow the soil to dry out completely before giving her another drink of anything. The heat will help the soil to dry, too... The humidity you've got is ok - it's just the temperature that's really, really bad... Your worries about being too acidic is kind of off the mark here... You're not recording the pH of the water you're giving her - perhaps you're not measuring it? For a soil grow, you want to keep the pH between 6 and 6,5 ... 6,8 as the highest... Good luck! Warm her up, let her dry out, you should be good!

Good luck! Your plant seems to be starting off great. I saw that your day temperature is 10°C, maybe it would be good to turn it up a bit?

Hey, im a newbie.... I'm doing similar set up. Mind if I pick your 🧠? I have 2 sansi 70 watts like the 1 you have. And also doing autos. Is 1 70 watt enough and would 2 be to much. I'm super new sorry.

They look ok. I would have thought 70 watts wouldn't be enough. If I have ever used a light that I had thought insufficient, a free app that measures the intensity. Two I use are "PHOTONE" and "PPFD METER" For nothing it's really helpful. Move your light up or down till you get the intensity you desire. From what I have read in the seedling stage around 300 ppfd is plenty. 4-600 in veg and 6-900 in flower. I hope this helps. Good luck
