This strain seems to be Strange to me very short plant, But its an auto flower so they always act a little unpredictably for me

I think you're right on the money Puffy. I personally harvest around 10-20% reds, but as soon as you start seeing them you can usually harvest any time after that. A week of just water is usually good for flush.
