never use hot soil on autoflower. transplant into a light mix soil, the plant will grow very tall when there is a lack of light. If you are going to grow outside, start with light inside for the first 3 weeks, then go out to the sun.
You can use florist tape, electrician tape or just plain scotch tape wrapping straightens the stem and aligns the damaged areas giving the stem the chance to heal
@psyatique, yep i read it but its the wrong soil i put in i forgo to change it, check if the new one is right, a local growshop told me it would work for autos. thanks for the help btw

@psyatique aye thanks man, you have any idea how i could recovery this one? the stem is highly bent, almost broken, and the plant is clearly not receiving any water, would putting it in a glass of water until it repairs be a good idea or should i just hope it gets better in the soil?
