The buds are nice and frosty and smell great. She finished better that I expected. An 8 cola manifold after a nearly disastrous start where a bird or something damaged tha apical growth tip. She recovered and grew tall with lots of bud sites on side branches. Better final yield and bud quality than I expected with the late finish under weak sun. Looking forward to smoking this one. This plant was phyto-forced using a 730 nm far red light for a few seconds at dusk each night during flowering. This puts the plant in dark mode two hours earlier and is like having a 26 h day. Great trick for northern growers because it moves up flowering by 2-3 weeks which means stronger sunlight during ripening which also helps. Almost all done as fresh frozen to make hash later, with about 120 g hanging. Final dry equivalent weight based on trimmed wet weight.

This plant finished with quite reasonable buds and was harvested right before the first fall snowfall. It was a super warm season and “extremely hot” for October so that helped a bit. This plant was phyto-forced meaning that I used a 730 nm far red light for a few seconds at dusk each night.
