Decided to pop another Freebie Fem rather than an Auto. With the recent Jelly Breath being an absolute beaut there was no doubts in my mind as to which freebie was next.
I introduce to you, Slurriking.
From what I’ve read it’s a cross between Slurricane#7 x King Sherb.
If I’m honest, I didn’t have high hopes for the seed as it appeared very pale, but I chucked it in a seedling pot directly into some Ecothrive 70/30 and 36 hours later she’d broke ground.
The seed casing was only i tiny bit cracked so I decided to lend her a hand and carefully remove it. I was then met with that inner soft membrane so I decided to carefully remove that aswell.
She looks a bit pale, but so did the seed 🤷♂️
Il give her dechlorinated tap water for the first week or so.

Decided to tie her down, I did this because I want her to be a similar height to the other IHG I’m running and it’ll undoubtedly make her bush out a bit more for a better yield.
She’s continuing on the same nutrient feed as last week and appears a nice healthy shade of green.
She’s probably going to veg out for another 4/5 weeks before I put her into flower.

Slowest of the group, but finally got there. Her bud sites are starting to form, seen a lot of growth over this last week.
Gave her a mediocre defoliation session yesterday, she’d gotten quite bushy around her mid section, a lot of the sites were blocked.
I’ve added some Canna Boost to her feed at 1ml/ltr, she’s drinking at a steady rate, watering every 2-3 days.

She’s gone into turbo! Watering every 1.5-2 days, I’m thinking a bigger pot next time 🤔.
Gave her a decent defoliation session and ended up tying down a lot of her branches to open her up some.

Been a good week for this girl, she’s drank like a fish, been watering her every 1-2 days. It’s kinda strange that she’s not bigger for how much she’s drinking 🤷♂️ buds feel rock hard though.
She’s just starting week six, I’ve stopped any extra PK boosts to her feed and will slowly decrease the amount of nutrients she receives over these next few weeks.

I’ve started flushing her along with everything else in the tent, she could’ve maybe had another week of nutrients, but I can’t really be bothered mixing up a batch for one plant so 🤷♂️

All her calyx’s are starting to swell and her buds reek of sour lemon.
I’ve checked over her trichomes and I’m seeing a some cloudy, but the majority are still clear.
Watering her every 2-3 days, she will continue flushing and il check her trichs every couple of days, but looking at her I’m reckoning she will probably need 70+ days to finish properly.

All appears well with this girl, I’ve been checking her trichomes for the last couple of days and they are predominantly cloudy with a couple of ambers starting to form.
I plan on harvesting her when I’ve next got a free day. She’s been a fun plant to grow, I’ve definitely made a few errors while feeding, mainly due to laziness on my part.
She smells absolutely fantastic, pure lemon zest funk! It’s wild!
I am in the process of doing a second run of this pheno, but unfortunately my tent has been infested with Thrips 🤦♂️ trying to decide whether to scrap everything in there or begin the long arduous battle of trying to get rid of them.
I’ve never had to deal with Thrips, but from what I’ve been reading these last few days, im leaning more towards just starting from fresh.
Sorry for rambling on, it’s been a stressful couple of days. Was over the moon literally a couple of days ago, now I’m on a right downer about everything 😔

Didn’t really get to see her full potential and sad that I never will.
Other than that, she was a pleasure to grow and gave me some ridiculously potent buds that taste of pure Lemon Gas!

This plant was Harvested 8 days ago, sorry for the late update 🤷♂️ been really busy trying to deep clean everything ready to start fresh.
Like I said at the start she’s been down 8 days now, she had a quick trim, I removed a fair amount of leaves and sugar leaves as my drying tent was rather full, all trim gets saved to be sifted and made into either Hash or Rosin.
Her trichomes appeared to be predominantly cloudy with a fair amount of amber ones starting to form.
She smells incredible, it’s like a freshly grated lemon peel with a gassy edge, it makes the hairs in my nose tickle.
I reckon she got at least another three days to finish drying before I do a final trim.
Sorry about the quality of the pictures, I just grabbed a couple of random bits.
I plan on posting an update once she’s been trimmed and jarred up. I’ll hopefully get some better pictures then.

I have a question about this strain i cant seem to find no info about it so i was wonder do you know how long the flowing time is im also growing this strain
@PersonalSmok3s,yea my seeds also looked the same disnt think they would sprout but they did but thank you for ansering i will be checking the trichs around 8 weeks and see where im at i toke a few clones from 3 plants same starin gave them to some buddys and all look well and healthy and for some reason all the clones look more bushy then original plant its weird

First time growing this strain myself, didn’t expect it to germinate as the seed looked really pale and underdeveloped.
The reason I came across your diary was because I was looking for more info, guess we’re both in the same boat 🤷♂️😅
Plants differ from pheno to pheno, I generally flower for anywhere between 8-10 weeks, start checking trichs around week 8.
I took a few clones prior to her going into flower, do you ever take any clones? From personal experience I’ve found I get the best results by the third run.

Fortunately this plant hasn’t been affected at all, it’s all the 7/8 week old clones I’ve just moved into the flower tent that are infested and everything in my veg tent 😔🤦♂️
Scale of 1-10 how do you rate those canna nutrients??? I’ve always wanted to do a full canna run since I first seen them in a grow shop over 15 years ago

Honestly, they are the only line of nutrients I’ve ever used, so can’t really compare to anything.
They seem to do the do, my whole ethos using synthetic nutrients is, Less is More.
I’ve never had any issues with the Canna line, some of there products are a bit pricey though 🤷♂️
The buds look small but they are some great quality my friend!!! Is your ph normally that high?

I definitely stopped her nutrients too early, after looking back through the diary I should have kept feeding her right up to week eight.
Around the time I started flushing everything, I’d contracted Covid for the third time 🤦♂️ and was not having the best of times. I think that contributed to my lazy decision making 😅

I usually just stop PHing my water in the last week or so. Not seen much difference in the times when I have kept up with it.
Non of the plants have really put out any massive buds, but I didn’t really do any training at all. This time round was more to gage flowering times, I’ve got multiple clones of everything so il be doing several more runs.
