Germination date: March 12, Flowering Start Date: April 18, Targeted Harvest Date: June 21 First People's Day Starting with Genetics we have Runtz Muffin. This strain is special. It's an F5 or it says on packaging not sure if that's related to strain generations or just packaging. I am aiming for high THC and hard hitting effect and Barney's Farm promises to deliver all that and more. I've never grown it before. This is my second run with DWC but I'm confident that I can break my harvest records. Forr my setup I have a basic DWC bucket I thew together online shopping and at my local organics shop. If you’re looking for DWC tips I have plenty in this diary. DWC tip#1: buy a calmag supplement! Please read on as I address many issues you’ll probably face. Don’t be in reaction mode like me trying to catch up read to the end. I germinated using a rock wool cube (next time I'm using the aero cloner as this did lead to rooting issues later), PH treated solution, a heat mat (on247) and grow dome. Once the roots popped out a bit I placed it in the basket with hydroton pebbles buried deep enough to catch moisture from the bubble action. I bought a water temperature regulator so that it can survive those cold snap nights -20c. Did I mention it was cold? My Philizon grow light heated my Grow Garden tent sufficiently to 25 when sealed and dropped to 18 at night except for those really cold nights. I have not perfected mid summer DWC cooling and controlling conditions. It's too hot; Instead, I choose to time flowering period for the late spring. I believe the cool nights may help the development of terpenes.
