Ladies are flowering nicely and starting to bulk up. The tallest plants from the batch of seeds started on 4/21 is a 26” Alaskan Purple and 26”Green Gelato. The tallest from the batch started on 4/28 is a 30” Critical 2.0. The runt of the litter is a blue dream that got stunted and nearly died due to dampening off issues as a seedling. She’s 14” tall. There are a total of 9 and not counting the runt, the average height of the remaining 8 is just over 2 feet. Anyone wanna take a gander as to what these might yield in dry weight after harvest?
@TangoNCash,
Thanks and hope your grow is going well. Not sure that I will do autos again next year. A lot will depend on the dry yield I get. If I average less than an ounce a plant, I will not consider them worth continuing as I can easily get a pound or more quality bud on a full photo. I like their compact size and the fact I will have a harvest by early July. That being said, they are much more finicky. Next year I can envision doing one early crop of 10 autos and starting 2 full photos at the same time. That might be a better mix as it will give me a nice, early harvest head stash during the summer and yield me plenty for the rest of the year with the full photos.
