Day 1 is today germination took a little over 48 hours from soak. Switching things up a bit for this grow gunna be hand watering with nectar of the gods line so I can be organic but continue to grow in coco. Hoping I can increase my.flavors and aromas while staying in coco to hopefully keep yields close to my average. I'm not sure how it will go but we will see.
The whole crop except for a few have been stunted. The nectar line requires a higher ph because its calcium based instead of nitrate from what I understand. I started the ph at 6.1 but didnt see rapid growth at all until I brought it up to 6.4 which was this week. The pots take longer to dry out as well because the nute solution is so thick. I knew I would sacrifice yields when I switched off the synthetics but I'm pretty confident i can do better than this with the nectar just need a smooth start.
I gotta take pics of the other one but flushed both and ph was 5.8 instead of 6.4 so that's part of the reason they are doin so shitty another is vpd is high.
Not proud of this grow one bit but if I grow it I'm gunna show it. Thankfully I know the issue is ph related I underestimated how high the ph needed to be for the nectar line. Idk if these will turn out ok or not but I'll find out soon enough
flushing has begun hittin them with herc aphrodite slf100 and urb. They smell alot like forgotten cookies with a spicy kick. Growing another one right now.
Chopped this one yesterday washed the buds and hung them up to dry. The other one is In the middle Of 48 Hr dark period but will be chopped tonight or tmm. They are both extremely Sticky with a very Oily sheen. smell is heavy right now It smells pungent kinda gassy with a touch of the classic cookie aroma. Obviously the grow wasn't great so I'm running another one now its about6 weeks old. one thing is for sure about this strain and that is i t's very Sensitive to nutrientS especially early on So if you run this one I reccommend usi ng the less is more mindset. I'll upload pics of the bigger one tonight if your interested check back tonight or tmm.
This was a bad grow first attempt with the nectar and had ph issues. This strain powered thru and is a solid smoke. Smells pretty good considering the circumstances but I've grown so many cookie strains at this point they all smell the same. Reccomendable sensitive to overfeeding ive seen it do much better than what my diary indicates I've even grown it again myself since this with better results.
Did a bad job growing it had major ph issues but it came out a heavy hitter. I know this strain has great potential I've seen it but it doesnt take well to over feeding it's very senstitive.
man these look neut locked and have a serious calcium excess, to me they look as if they need more nitro phosphorous and sulpher. try 1 feed of per ltr nitrozyme at 1ml and mag sulphate at 2ml. also slow down on the Herculean harvest this is suffocating your girls.
