Well she's been clipped down and packed into jars. I am trying a slightly different method to curing something I discovered by accident. The difference between smell in the jars and the new technique I discovered is miles apart. the blackberry went a little further on but she is down and in jars too. I had such a massive harvest I was ready to throw branches of cannabis away just to be done trimming. I couldn't tell you how much in weight I have grown right now. But we are talking on the cusp of a kilo. a big fat 2 pounder - conservatively. I specifically picked this to grow because no other growers had taken up the task on these forums so I decided to get this girl recorded and now there are two more diaries. The bugs would not touch this girl. granted she also had a spider guardian.. the insects wanted nothing to do with this thing and omega dense flowers were too solid to ever take on enough water to get trapped and create mold. Excellent outdoor cultivar in that regard. This legend of a girl pushed through 110 degree days like she was at the beach. I loved caring for her over her lifetime and she has graced me with very large richly scented heirloom buds. Massive supertight packed flowers and strong load-capable structure of branching she could probably survive a hurricane. - this girl holds a lot of unique characteristics of a bygone era in smoking that I was not even apart of. Share this strain with the old timers in your life and listen to them reminisce about the good ol' days.

Dr. Earth has some great organic amendments - several variety and specialized products. can't go wrong with some nice food for the soil bacteria to thrive on. Keep it outside though - organic food likes to bring gnats.
The powerhouse Trio. Wham - Bam - and Thank you Ma'am very potent applications for heavy feeders.

this girl will stiffarm pathogens, bugs, and even nosey neighbors. If you are a gorilla grower and you want a squat plant that can produce some serious weight this is your girl. The internodal spacing - almost non existent. if Danny Devito was a plant it would be her. But her flowers mature to the size of softballs and FAST. She is curing now, but inside those buds have some wonderful fuel like smells. very pungent almost sour..My second method buds smell very skunky and sweet like candy - so I think i'll be looking into perfecting this method and looking into more of its pros and cons. The blackberry kush survived another 2 weeks and was chopped just before a week of storms. She just recently dried up and was packed into bags herself. Her flowers smelling smoke-ready as is. We'll see what she's pushes out flavorwise here come halloween.

@NegotiatedBubble, I'm not sure what the 'on paper' true lineage is regarding the filial line of the strain. I've been doing some unconventional shaping and training which might have attributed to its unique shape. She really wants to put on big branches towards the afternoon sun as well. She gets to grow next to a pretty symmetrically shaped Blackberry Kush plant so she is certainly my ugly duck. This specific seed was on the smaller side as well so it might just be a little goofy too lol - I wish I knew more about Filial lines and traits. Thanks for coming and sharing about this lovely lady and taking an interest in the grow.

I grew the Twenty20 Afghani this year & had the same general observations. It’s got the old world qualities I like and is pretty darn bomb proof. I harvested a bit on the early side due to back to back storms but probably could have left them in a bit longer without damage. You definitely did a great job of stewardship with your plants congratulations 🎈
