@Puffy_Clouds, oh, friend, I've never grew cough yet, just bought a pack, and I will top as always, right from the beginning. Sometimes plant become too bushy, like 20-30 thin new stems, cuz its natural affinity to be buchy activated by topping. Then I cut weaker stems. One cola left can be too high, so I always cut the top.
@pisya, First time growing strawberry cough from dutch passion. I have to say the strain is unlike what i am used to. Very sparse foliage with enormous leaves. it is definitely sativa though with its long skinny leaves. I did FIM a couple of nodes on this one but i didn't want to go too far as the plant appeared unhealthy to me in the early stages. Having said that i was wrong it is definitely picking up momentum going into its 7th week. do you have any tips for this strain of cannabis plant at this stage would love some advice as this strain and plant shape are new to me?
Shame to hear about your experience mate. Strawberry Cough is an indoor variety, not really suitable for outdoor growing. But I think you noticed that by now.. Better luck next time! If you really want tough outdoor strains, have a look at our Dutch Outdoor collection : https://dutch-passion.com/en/cannabis-families/dutch-outdoor I can highly recommend Frisian Dew or Think Fast for example.
