DLI (Daily Light Integral): 38 mol/m²/d
At the end of the 4th week I removed all fan leaves. Ladies FIMed and first signs of CalMag deficiency solved by using Biobizz CalMag.
DLI (Daily Light Integral): 50 mol/m²/d
I've changed the lamp from 4200K to 3100K, which is more suitable for flowering.
Some lollipopping and SCROG net installed.
DLI (Daily Light Integral): 30 mol/m²/d
Second week of flowering is gone. Still vigorous growth and more and more pistils. The smell is weak but noticeable.
DLI (Daily Light Integral): 34 mol/m²/d
The third week of flowering is over. Growth has finally stopped and the plants can concentrate fully on flowering. The scent is becoming more intense. It was necessary to cut through the foliage, because it was becoming quite a forest.

The fourth week of flowering is over and not much has changed. The flowers are bigger, but given the fairly quick flowering time of this variety I would have expected them to be bigger by this time. Maybe it's the stress from overfertilization as I'm trying Liqid CO2 which should help achieve higher EC, but God knows if it really works.
The flowers are covered in a nice layer of trichomes and the scent is much more intense and also reminiscent of the old days.

As I wrote last week, I suspected overfertilization of the plants and thus an increased stress level, so this week I used only cleaning enzymes instead of fertilizers. The necessity of this decision was confirmed by the high EC on the effluent.
One such little curiosity is that in the 20+ years I've been growing, I've never seen the pistils brown in colour, while inspection of the trichomes under the microscope showed that most of them are still transparent. This happens on one or two plants and if I had only followed the pistils, I would have harvested them long ago. Fortunately, exact maturity can be determined by microscopy.
And in over twenty years, I've never had flowers that small at this time either. Perhaps this is a common thing with this variety, so I almost certainly won't be returning to it :) I grew AK-47 (Serious seeds) last round and by this time the flowers looked like a sausage cone. So hopefully at least the effect will be worth it.

This week was marked by efforts to inflate the flowers. That is why I am fertilizing with Final compactor and adding Terpenum for a better terpene profile. The flowers have gotten a little bigger again, so we'll see how that goes. The scent is getting more intense, I really like it.
The leaves are playing with all the colors and each plant is suffering from some sort of nutrient deficiency, which is interesting since they get the same watering. I can still see it being 1-2 weeks and then it will be harvest time.

Not much has changed this week. The flowers that are not yet fully ripe still have the potential to get bigger. Flowers that look like they are ripe but are not really ripe are just ripening, but there is no question of any increase.
This week I started adding Cannaboom More Grams, which I have had excellent experiences with over the long term. Over the years, I have observed that the amount stated by the manufacturer (2ml/1L) results in a 10% less weight loss during drying. However, when the dosage is increased (I give four times that) it leads to a four times better result - in this case 40% percent. I think it's still worth it given the price of the product.

This week I was forced to harvest two plants because they were already perfectly ripe. The remaining three will ripen for another week and then I will harvest them too. I've been topping them up with More Grams so that the flowers will shrivel up as little as possible when the crop isn't quite the biggest. Well, you can see it in the leaves - some of them are already pretty burnt. Just a rinse last week and an era will be over :)

Not much change this week. The flowers are finally ripe, so let's go harvest them. I flushed with Cannaboom's Raisana and AN's Flawless Finish.
All in all, the whole cultivation was without problems and I have already tasted the first two plants. I always try after drying, after a month of curing and then after three months of curing. I enjoy seeing the differences. Right after drying, the smoking was so mild that no curing would be necessary, at least from this point of view. But we all know that curing is not just about that, so the flowers get three months of time, and then I start enjoying them to the fullest. Hail to the growing!
