Pollen Sacks, downward pointing smooth coco pod shaped on a stick vs calyx teardrop shaped and normal frosty.
I agree with the statement that it's balls. Given its showing balls and pistils its a full blown hemri and not of good genetic stock. With that many sacks on it, its not a easy fix of plucking them off. It needs to be culled.

Also - when you look at the flower cluster in the bottom right of the photo there appears to be a cluster of nanners underneath the female stigmas.
