Giving minimum ratio of N and max of P and K while adding the snow storm for crystals and overall bud growth.
Got the Gelato and Zkittlez mixed up so my labels may not be correct but time will surely clear this up as I have grown Gelat before in hydro.
Also worth noting that the Cali Orange has gotten a little less grow time, and I only ended up doing one topping instead of two, which I did for the others. May do further training to spread out the stalks to increase coverage, but might not bother. Did make sure to clean up the bottoms though, very necessary.
Cheers, this run should be a great one.
dank and sweet scents have been consistently noticed emanating from the tent housing these nicely developing buds. Plants are vigorously uptaking water and nutrients from the soil, while keeping their surface temps within a comfortable range. With any luck, should be able to expect a great harvest over the horizon. Cheers
Winding down the run with a beautiful fade on these girls. The Gelat.OG looks very Gelato Dominant in this pheno, but it has the OG sourness to the smell.
The Watermelon Zkittlez are laying out nicely, and have been growing nicely without issue on this introductory run. Will have to make sure to time the chop right.
The Amnesia looks like it actually will be finishing first, which is crazy fast, and I’m excited to see the results of this grow of this strain, since the they seem like they’ll be better than my last run with the Amnesia.
Cali orange lookin beautiful as well, huge chunky colas with those distinctive foxtail-ish calyx structures. Great strain in all categories.
Cheers, probably will be entering this run’s harvest window pretty soon
could be the last week for the amnesia, which will be followed in sequence by the gelato, zkittlez, and orange at a rate of one chop per week.
This will help spread out the trimming work and help avoid over-drying of the bud before the cure. This also lets me use one of my closets as a drying space for one whole uncut plant at a time, slowing down the drying process and setting the stage for a great cure.
note: night air temps have been high lately, possibly lowering purpling in the fade. the reason for these temps being that I run my tent’s ‘dark’ period during the day, and Northern hemisphere summer fast approaches.
plants are starting to bulk up good and nice, with very pleasing looks and smell to match. Cheers, and enjoy viewing these fruits of my labor haha
Amnesia: Chopped and now hanging in my drying area, looking nice and exuding scents of tropical fruit and sour pungency. Very satisfied with how she finished this time around.
Gelato: Nice, plush looking nugs that are quite dense and smells sweet but with lime tinged pungent notes. Big stature as expected from this strain, promising signs for the yield to come.
Watermelon Zkittlez: Sugar frosted, glittery buds that look headstash-quality right on the plant, definitely has bag appeal. Fruit Candy smell and encrusted colas resembling snow cones and christmas trees.
California Orange: Mighty towers of shining, citrus juiced buds, with foxtails out the wazoo. Yield monster of the run, despite getting latest start. Legend status.
Check out the video for shots of the Amnesia buds at harvest. Cheers, i reckon the Gelato’ll be up next on the chopping block.
strong head buzz with a hint of body stone. this strain is potent - high doses can and will put you down for the count, though in a different way than a strong indica.
medicinally, sativas like this may be useful for treating some of the symptoms of migraines, but it can be hit or miss depending on individual circumstances. Overall, the name of the strain is accurate to its effects (as well as flowering rate).
hardy sativa, good taste profile with notes of peach and pink starburst, good yield, does in fact finish fast. likes training and grows robustly, yielding large buds that are quite dense given this strain’s sativa predominance. overdried a bit this time around, by overcorrecting for the summer humidity.
well-balanced, anytime of day strain. tastes of forest fruits, citrus, and cinnamon. body high and head high blend into a trippy state of consciousness. Bag appeal on point, great yield and structure, and strengthened genetics make this a reliable all-rounder of a seed strain
this is a pretty low risk, high reward strain as far as growing goes. this cut has a uniquely tart flavor, and has potent effects with a high ‘roof’ to the buzz. reputable strain for sure, hesitate not to consider for your garden.
Gelato dominant pheno - Heavy, potent and sweet indica hybrid. Very GSC-like taste, combining mint ice cream and earthy bubblegum flavors. Sticky and stanky, bag appeal, and a beautiful fade of gold and silver bring it into the definitely recommendable category for me. Nighttime stuff.
Easy grow, robust structure, covered in frosty trichomes and dripping in hash-able resin If you like dessert strains, this will hit. This strain is recommendable because it will reliably provide the results sought for in a strain of these genetics, with a consistent degree of high quality.
This strain has a rich terpene profile of watermelon candy, and offers a dreamy, mellow, and immersive balanced high. Top shelf cut in terms of bud structure and quality. I think this strain has earned its place in the current game. Cheers
fat dense buds numerous and fuzzed out with trichomes. leaf-calyx ratio on point. Stalks tended to lean as flowering progressed so plan for some manner of support if you want. Let her flower as long as she can and she’ll reward you.
