all clones from a licensed michigan grow. these have been pheno hunted and this is the keeper. excited for this run. two plants were topped twice and the other was left to let grow. was thinking about making a big momma from the untrained gal but these three should fill up the 4x8 nicely with a couple more weeks to veg out
These girls are more than ready for flower. Should have some giant colas by the end! Just need to prune, defoliate, and LST the platinums and they will be good to go. Planning on flipping any day, hopefully tomorrow. Will most likely need to set up a trellis system but could go the bamboo sticks and string route. Idk. might run into some height issues but have a plan. just hoping they don’t stretch too hard!
cruising thru the first week of flower! not much to report on really. Main focus was pruning this week to remove sucker branches and choose the main tops for flower. next week i will do a more fine tuned prune where i will start removing 1’s and 2’s on branches along with some light defoliation. i can tell these girls are going to need a support system so ive opted for a trellis system. Ive built the structure but am currently waiting on receiving trellis in the mail.
watering around every 3 days or so. ph 6.5 and temp at least 65 F. water is from an under sink water filtration system. never use tap water.
going to be top dressing bio-live at 2 tbsp per gal in the next couple days when i can get around to it. 1 top dressing lasts about 4 weeks so two top dressings for flower. if i had compost/ worm castings i would add but hydro shop is shut down currently.
lights are at 30 percent intensity, will be upping as the weeks go on.
start of week 2 flower! Still on their stretch and they are loving life!! straight praising the lord to begin week 2🙏
Gave them a top dressing of biolive at 2TBSP per gal along with a dose JMS
same conditions as always aside from upping all lights to 40% power. i run lights at night and keep them off during the day to mitigate hot temps.
i only water when the pots gets light to the touch. I always go by feel with a good ol pick up of the pot. and if i water, i fully soak the entire pot, getting just a little bit of run off. usually takes 1-2 gals depending on how light and i apply it in intervals - not all at one time.
drip system is used for dispensing the microbes (JMS or recharge) and if im too lazy to hand water
smooth sailing in week 4 of flower!
just continuing to water when dry and feeding microbes once a week. increased the light intensity to 70% this week and will continue to adjust up to 100 by next week of flower. pruning is all taken care of and the trellis ready to support big juicy buds. starting to smell pretty dank in here!
another solid grow in the books! chopping the plants a couple of hours after posting this. would definitely let them go a little longer but have to chop them because of life and other more important things. really happy with how they are right now so no big deal honestly!
