Received seeds Friday. Put them in water Saturday took this picture Monday! Very vigorous seeds. I am blown away with the growth so far! Switched out a fan in my tent and got everything set for my DWC buckets! Seeds are in buckets now
Things are progressing well I burnt the grease guns a bit with too much nutrients. Overall I am really happy. One more week of growth and then these girls should really start taking off
So happy Canada Day , I hope you have all had a great weekend so far! It is day 22 since soaking the @atlas seeds in water and so things are going really good! This is the week that I fully expect these plants to just take off and watch the amazing growth as it happens . I have one of the 4 not going to make it or if it does it will be stunted so I am starting a new seed over again and hopefully this time I don’t damage it! I am keeping the ppm low because I don’t want to damage the plants so they have vigorous growth! pH has been fluctuating a bit all the way up to 6.8 since my reservoir change yesterday so I lowered pH to 6.1 and hopefully now it will remain stable!
Wow I am amazed at the growth in the last week. I did end up losing the one grease gun but I started a new seed and so far it is off to the races. This past week I have been running the rhize veg along with hygroben hygrozyme and hyshield. Plants are loving it! So tomorrow I am topping two and going to leave two just to see the difference in growth. All plants are attached to the same reservoir so they all have access to the same nutrients solution! I also have some exciting news I am getting a UVA light for this grow so I am really excited it should be here this week!
Hey guys need some help! When growing auto’s when do you start transitioning from veg to bloom nutrients? Is there a good rule to follow in this regard. I just don’t want to be bringing in too much N into flower.
You’re smart to be thinking not to run N long into flower. But it seems most agree with autos there’s a bit longer transition into flower and you should run decent amount of N until you’ve got clusters of stigmas/pistils.
I’m not familiar with the nutes you’re running but when I’d do autos I’d do kinda a half and half mix between veg and bloom nutes the first 2-3 weeks of flower then after that go straight flower nutes.
The week was good. I topped 2 of the 4 autos and so they were slow for a couple of days but have since picked back up and are super bushy now. The not topped ones are very healthy and growing very vigorously. I switched to bloom nutrients and upped my hygroben.
This week was a good one with the plants going into full flower mode! The stretch on the non topped auto’s has been a lot and so I hope it slows down soon as I only have about 18” of height left in my tent. The other two topped plants look fantastic and have a ton of tops now and very bushy so defoliating is a must on theses two! Keep tuning in because these atlas seeds are great
Was another good week . These plants are growing like crazy. I am running out of room for the non topped froot by the foot! It has easily grow 14” this week. I had a bit of a problem with pH this week so I just finished a 24 hr flush and I am monitoring closely now
Week was good, I was away for a bit and noticed when I got home pH had drifted lower than expected. So I re pHed the water and back on track I hope! A few leaves at the bottom of the big plant are starting to yellow so the end is getting near!
So I think the best part of these autoflowers is how absolutely easy they were to grow. Also my topped autoflower blew my non topped out of the water as far as density structure and trichomes production I am going to put a ton of pictures of both and you’ll see the difference
So the topped wet weight was 768 and 278 dry untopped was 1109 and 274 dry I am amazed by these auto’s I highly recommend them. I saved all of the trim and fresh froze it for bubble so I can’t wait to see how that turns out!
Super easy to grow and grew huge dense nugs covered in trich. I am totally amazed by these auto flowers and found out that topping produced nicer denser flowers covered in trichomes
Well this plant was also a huge producer I got 1351 wet and 295 dry off of her again the density of these flowers is definitely the best I have grown . I have become a huge fan of these autos and highly recommend topping them if you know what you’re doing. These topped plants produced way more beautiful buds with much nicer structure and dripping with trichomes
I'm not trying to be an a****** and man I could be wrong about this and if I am wrong I deeply apologize however I first off do not believe at all that you was able to gain that many ounces in just 8 weeks on an Autoflower. I just do not see that that happened at all. There's another guy that said he got a large amount also in 8 weeks yet the amount that you put up that you got seems a little bit way way too far-fetched not sure what it is with people making up crap I guess it makes them feel like they will be like more over the Internet by people they will never meet and by people who could be lying themselves hence the reason why I stop posting even on this platform but in case I am Incorrect and in case you did pull off that many ounces off of even just if it was two plants grease gun and Fruit by the Foot I do not see how in the world you could have gained that much even if you had let both of them plants grow and harvest it at 15 weeks. No way you did that at least in my opinion but if I'm wrong man I deeply apologize.
