Hi! I had the same problem. It's magnesium deficiency. Cheapest way to solve it is to add 2g of epsom salt for 10 liters of water. It adds around 20ppm of Magnesium. Normally just add 1g to prevent. Your tap water can have little magnesium and when You feed lightly, it can become deficient.
I think I am seeing the first signs of flowering. The discolouring is less prominent on the new leaves which has filled me with hope. I wish all goes well.
