When my dogs tried to kill my dreamberry I started the germination process of this polar express in case my dreamberry didn’t make it, even though the dreamberry is looking like she’s doing okay I’m still going to grow this polar express right next to her.
I left the seed for 12 hours in a shot glass full of water.
After that I put it in a container with a couple of paper towels in it, labeled it and put it in a drawer for 48 hours.
So far I have 100% germination rate with this method.
The polar express came fully out the dirt today, and it’s trying to get her leafs out. Veg stage is going to start counting tomorrow.
June 19th (yesterday) was the last day of the 1st week for this polar express.
She’s been growing so fast, I’m really impressed. I think it’s the fox farms soil; anyways, I’ve fed her 1/2 tsp of grow big mixed in 1 L of water at the beginning of the week. After that I just fed her regular water whenever she’s dry. Which is like every 2 or 3 days.
Her first set of leafs had yellow tips, I figured it might have been under watering because I was only using a spray bottle, once I actually started watering her the yellow on the tips started to disappear.
Nothing else to report, weather has been alright and most of the time she’s praying so that makes me happy.
I’ll see you guys next week!
Hey guys!
Here I am reporting late again haha.
Not much to report, our polar express has been growing up. She looks strong, I might have to add some more soil but for now she looks okay.
I fed her 1tsp of grow big in 2 liters of water. 6.6 ph.
She’s loving it
Nothing else to report, I’ll see you next week!
