I cubi sono stati preparati in ammollo con acqua a Ph 4.5 I semi sono stati in ammollo per circa 8 ore Successivamente i cubi dopo la preparazione sono stati irrigati con stimolatore radicale e calmag collocati in miniserra con tappetino riscaldante temperatura 22, umidita 93 collocati 2 semi in germinazione entrambi germinati il primo dopo 2 giorni il secondo con 10 giorni di ritardo
