So I finally finished my DIY Weather station to get real-time and history data for my environment. I also bought some Biobizz Leaf Coat as I noticed some leaf damage (Pic 4). It seems that the strain is also really sensitive to nutrients so I had to adjust that as well. And I started some LST a little late as I am space limited and don't want to plats to grow much horizontally.
Somehow the second baby which lacked behind, outgrew the other one by 15cm which is insane. They also started to smell really nice. I've ordered a CO2 sensor which I am going to integrate into my Weather Station, so in the next few weeks I will be able to measure the PPM
no changes in growth, buds are getting bigger and smell is increasing. some leaves are turning yellow which is worrying me, I think it's either stress or some nutrient problem. I could not log the temps the last 2 days as I got a new sensor that will be capable of measuring CO2 levels as well but first, i have to add it to my DIY Weather Station. So in the following week, we will see PPM too :)
Usual development. Buds are getting bigger and the smell continues to increase. I bought BioBizz CalMag as I suspected a Magnesium deficiency and Alg-A-Mic to strengthen the immune system and stress tolerance. Both seem to work really well. As for the new sensor, I had more problems than expected so we only have data from the last 2 days. The sensor still needs to be calibrated so I have to put it in fresh air once a day. when I check on the plants, you can also see when the CO2 level goes up significantly and then decreases again shortly after.
we are nearing the end of the growth and as usual, the smell has increased and the buds have continued to grow and have now reached their full size. You can see that the left plant (baby 2) is a little behind in terms of bud maturity, but when I look at the trichomes under the microscope, I can see that, like the right plant, about 40-50% of them are milky and the rest are still clear. Because of this, and because these are my first autos, I am not quite sure when to harvest. According to RQS, considering only the flowering time, I could harvest in the next few days, but since the plants have gone into flower so early, I could wait another 1-2 weeks. any advice is greatly appreciated. :)
we got to 500g wet weight and about 90g dry weight which is quite good if we keep the fast growth in mind. They taste similar to what they smelled like - fruity, earthy. The high is pleasant in my experience, not too strong and not too weak. I like to read while smoking, although the high is more in the head than in the body.
after a few problems with magnesium deficiency and a small infection, which we got rid of pretty easily, we got a really good yield, both in amount and quality
@James, Thank you :) I've still got 3x Gelato automatic, 2x Cookie Gelato, 2x Blue Mystic and some other seeds waiting for germination. So the future is safe😋
