Into week 2. Always a struggle to see much change in the first couple of weeks. They all have a nice colour and now starting to grow their second sets of leaves!
5/7 - turned the heatmat back on to keep the roots toasty. Now starting to put some height on, watered with foundation/kickstart
6/7 - all good, nothing to add. Second set of leaves now starting to come through
Now they are starting to grow nicely. Good colour and already starting to smell.
They are all very uniform considering the 2 at the front are Apollo. I have added a touch of grow this week just to give a little boost but they don’t look like they need much of anything right now.
Roots are at a steady 20c and they seem to be growing nicely!

So I’ve been tying them down day by day and adjusting as much as I can. Trying to keep them nice and low so I don’t run into space issues again.
Nothing much to add really. The Milky Way are smelling really skunky already which is decent!!
Day 24 - looks like some very early pre-flower appearing. They look a little messy but the training is going quite well I think
Everything is ticking along nicely to be fair. Continuing to tie down the main cola and the others have caught up nicely.
The plants were becoming really bushy so I have defoliated quite heavily so will now leave them for a few days to recover. Hopefully exposing all the lower sites will really help along.
Temperatures have been good and stable. Humidity is high but that’s not too bad at the moment.
The smell is really good and now we head into flower.
Day 35 - more defoliation to increase light to the lower sites.
Defoliated quite a lot lately to really try and expose a lot of the lower sites. I’m hoping to get as many bud sites as possible as I’ve managed to keep them quite low
I noticed the leaves where getting very, very dark so I have backed off the nutes a bit and done a couple of waterings just with plain water.
Day 38 - Maybe slightly overwatered
Day 39 - bounced back nicely.
Day 40 - added some advanced B-52 and Big Bud. Always been sure if these additives make any difference or not so will be interesting to see. Big Bud smells DISGUSTING
Had a bit of a slow down this week not sure if I took too many leaves off and they took a few days to recover but photos from today show they have recovered quite well. Think I will just leave them to do their thing from here on in!!
Humidity has crept back on as we have had shitty weather!
Day 47 - 38 degrees at one point in their today. They have taken it well though. Fed and watered tonight. Hopefully they start to pack some weight on now
Day 49 all good and I’m off on holiday for a week now will report back next week!!

So I was away for a week but watering and feeding not a problem.
They are now starting to put some weight on and taking the nutrients very well. Now hoping for a strong finish.
Smell is great, light now adjusted to 100% and moved up a little bit.
Day 58 - moved light back to 80% too hot!!
Day 59 - nothing to report
Day 62 - starting to fatten up now!!

No major issues this week, just letting them do their thing. Have taken off a few leaves here and there but nothing too major! Temperatures have been getting cooler at night so have gone 100% on the light to try and keep temps up.
Day 66 - starting to fatten up nicely now. I think 10-14 days left.
Loving these F1’s. They smell great and They have been a pleasure to grow so far. Now just waiting for them to fatten up!!
So we are into the last week!! Nothing really to worry about, fattening up nicely
Just plain water since day 68. Aiming to chop on day 77
Day 73 - plain water once again just flushing these plants right out. Fade starting to come on and they are stacking on weight!! 3 days till we chop chop chop
These f1 strains have been an absolute dream to grow
The grew really nicely. Haven’t had a chance to sample the smoke yet as they’re still drying
They were such a nice plant to grow. The buds have come out nice and compact,
These have been an absolute dream to grow. Very easy and very consistent with each other. The smell is of citrus and lemon!
They were chopped on day 78 but would have been ready bang on the estimate given by RQS of 70-75 days.
They withstood some very hot temperatures and one day it hit 37 degrees in the tent and they handled it perfectly.
I would 100% recommend this strain and the F1’s in general from RQS

@TickleToast, yeah this is my goal. I was more concerned with just removing any shade of the lower areas. Not too much stretch in the first week of flower which is good and they are starting to smell really good now too!! Very happy so far
@DrGreenThumb24, Not at all! Youd reeeeally have to go at it for that to happen - and you would see hermie pollen sacs rather than any real halt in growth as she/he would put out new leaves. Here you'll see a small boost in growth! Looks like a small defol/lollipopping to me 👌
@DrGreenThumb24, Thanks for the info. I thought they are like photos, but it seems they are like autos. Are the buds more dense and heavy than autos? I will be growing Medusa F1 next and want to get as much info as possible, before I start the grow. Also when you harvested it, how many days from seed / sprout? Thanks in advance mate :)
