Since this is my first indoor growing experience, I do expect to make a few mistakes. That being said, I made a 'newbie' mistake early on by underestimating the fluctuations of the climate in the grow tent while everything was operational. I ordered a 'smart' humidifier that should arrive soon, in the meantime I have a loaner humidifier that's been trying to maintain proper humidity levels. When the seeds were ready, I planted them into labeled cups (with holes for drainage) and placed them on a tray in the grow tent. I have had to adjust the humidifier manually whenever I received a notification warning from my thermo-hydrometer that my humidity levels are out of range; I'm looking forward to the 'smart' humidifier arriving...

Is a fan blowing onto a container of water, within a grow tent, an effective temporary fix for low humidity issues? I already have the inline fan set on low speed. I've since placed a humidity dome over the cups (not pictured). A smart humidifier is on its way...

Place a bowel of water in the tent with a towel dipped into it, then if you want, the fan blowing on the towel. The fabric will wick up the water and raise RH all on its own, if its still not enough have the fan blow on it, this will increase the surface area vs just the water alone in a bowel plus the fan will encourage more liquid to be wicked up by the towel as its drying/evaporating faster. you ideal RH is aorund 60-65% Good Luck!

I had a very exciting start of the seedling stage. All 3 seeds have sprouted and appear to be healthy. The implementation of the 'smart' humidifier has definitely made a huge impact on autonomously regulating the humidity and temperature of the grow tent. Two of the seedlings started to display yellowing of the leaves. A simple question on GD got that resolved; over-watering.

It's been a great week! I've been water the girls daily in the morning. The 'smart' humidifier has really made a difference on regulating the climate within the grow tent.

All three are doing well. I had left for a 4 day vacation, happy birthday to me! I had someone look after them, so I was happy to come back home today and see the development!

The past week has been great. I am a bit concerned with the development of yellowing leaves in the lower portion of the plants. I do plan on implementing nutrients after I transplant the plants this week.

What an incredible week! Talk about growth spurt! After transplanting each plant into 5 gallon containers, the girls started to grow quickly; almost too quickly it seems. At this point I know that the height limit of my tent might become an issue later on. I have 1 plant too many in the tent, and I'm not sure what I should do about potential overcrowding. I have decided to perform main-lining on all 3 plants.

Performed main-lining. I hope I'm not getting too ahead of myself by attempting to main-lining 3 5gallon pots in a 2x2x4 tent. I am looking forward to seeing it develops.
