I would increase airflow in the tent. Open the vents more to allow air exchange, possible buying a intake inline fan and using your exhaust fan with it doubling the air movement. You can always buy a window ac or potable ac to set in the room. Many use these, as I had to. This will alow you to control all conditions and get it dialed in to perfection. I wouldn't replace the light, I would perform high stress training to get plants away from lights, i would open vents and allow more air flow, buying either another inline fan or a AC portable or window AC.
