The clones took off this week and have roots popping out of the pots so I will be transplanting them into 5 gallon pots soon. I topped them on July 18.

Judging by how dark green they are. I would think you are feeding too heavy, and it has caused your ph to likely drop too low in the substrate. It is a calcium deficiency which is likely from a lock out in roots. Would be my
