7 days ago (In week 5 I did the defoliation and turned on 12/12). Now it has become very leafy. All the strains have been tolerating the topping and LST just fine, haven't even noticed it.
Question is can I do another heavy defoliation now?

Your last major defoliation should be around 2 to 3 weeks into stretching. After that she should not produce any more leaves. So don't over due it.

Once you change your Res I don't see any issues. You're using coco based nutrients. So, why would there be an issue. Just change your Res and try not let the temps exceed 18c for the best optimal benifical bacteria in your res. Its a good idea. It'll be difficult but, more than doable.
