Spartan Skunk Grow

boatmanmikew Too early to call it week one but what is in a name anyway. I use it as a placeholder to remind me when to drop another seed. I do perpetual. She looks good so far and roots are coming out in more than one location.

boatmanmikew Seems to be a tall girl but will try to keep her down a little. Green leaves and good roots so far. Nothing to do so far except change nutes and watch the lights.

boatmanmikew She is looking pretty good, a little stretchy. Roots are minimal but growing and healthy. I will top in a week or two. All in all she is looking pretty good.

boatmanmikew Going to be a big girl as the nodes are big. I topped her today and put her in the tent. Her roots are not something to write home about but she is healthy and growing,

boatmanmikew I took her tea leaves off. They were drooping and I think it was the water level was too high and drowning. She almost left this world but she is looking much better so she will live, for now. 😀

boatmanmikew This week I will clean up and defoliate. I will need to top so I can go to flower in a week or so. She is healthy and green and her roots look really clean.

boatmanmikew Put her in flower today and will scrog her too. She really took off on growing and wants to be a large plant. Very green, the roots are just fine.

boatmanmikew I did a very light defoliation today and removed lower branches that are useless. Her roots look good and she appears healthy and green. More trimming later.

boatmanmikew She is stretching very long and out of control. One more week and then I will trim up and see what can be done to control stretch. Green and healthy, roots good.

boatmanmikew Dang! She really stretched. I failed to top her a bunch before putting into flower. I needed to follow topping with controlling her canopy with the scrog. I will try again for sure.

boatmanmikew She is a very tall lady. I already popped another seed to give it another try. I need to super crop her and maintain a level canopy. I will do better next grow.

boatmanmikew I will continue to clean up the under area for circulation and redirecting energy to the flower. She looks healthy and very damn tall. I will do better but she is smelling pretty good too.

boatmanmikew Not much to do from this point onward. It is what it will be and will be that way for at least another week. I am watching the trichomes but still mostly clear.

boatmanmikew Really stretched and the nodal spacing was huge. She grew fast and did not like too much light in her early veg cycle. After that, give her hell boys, she likes to be lit up.
