Looks like calcium deficiency.
p deficiency will have a blueish hue in leaves.
Mg deficiency can have spots of similar nature but will also coincide with interveinal chlorosis. this is easiest way to discern Ca from Mg deficiency. these are 2 unique molecules. they do not bond with each other... calmag is a product. that contains both. if Mg is high, you'd want to find a different source for Calcium. so, it's not alays the best option when you have 1 or the other issue.. it depends on context.
pH is another ting to make sur it hasn't swung too far out of a good range, but that usualy cuases more than 1 coinciding symptom. that in addition to overall color and health, i'd say it simply needs a bit more Ca.
