On day 1 I started my small pheno hunt by soaking 5 Fast Purple regular seeds in a mason jar filled with water. I wrapped the mason jar with a black sock to keep the light out. I placed the jar in my Veg tent. I will plant all 5 seeds once they have fallen to the bottom of the jar and cracked open. I will grow out all 5 seeds until I can sex them. My hope is that I will have 3 females that I can Clone and flower out. I will then pick the best one, and keep the corresponding Clone as a mother. On day 2 all 5 seeds have fallen to the bottom of the jar. Once I see that the seeds have all cracked open I will plant them in Peat plugs in a humidity dome. On day 3 the seeds have still not cracked I hope these seeds aren't to old...I Planted the seeds in Peat plugs and covered them with a humidity dome in my veg tent. On day 4 no sprouts as of yet but it is early and I have faith the seeds will germinate. On day 5, 4 of 5 seeds have germinated. On day 6 All 5 seeds have germinated, and I can see 3 visible sprouts :). On day 7, 4 of 5 seedlings are showing true leaves. The 5th seed has been a little slower to start but has germinated and should show a sprout within the next couple days. I also increased the grow lights intensity from 50% to 75% so to produce shorter node spacing and raise the temps slightly. I will watch to see how plants react... I may have to increase the light distance from tops if the plants disagree. I also Transplanted all 5 seedlings to 4in plastic pots with 100% coco, I then watered them in until runoff with a mild Nute mix

On day 1 all seeds have sprouted :). On day 2 all the seedlings are growing well and I can see the first set of true leaves growing more each day. On day the 3 the seedlings are chugging along nicely :). On day 4 I lightly watered seedlings. On day 5 seedlings are growing well. On day 6 I reduced the light intensity from 75% to 50%. On day 7 I watered my seedlings.

On day 1 of week 2 The seedlings have some distorted leaves. It could be from the higher light intensity earlier on in the grow. I hope as they grow they will grow out of it now that the light levels have been decreased. On day 3 seedlings are responding well to new light levels. On day 4 I lowered seedling tray 2 inches to optimize light to canopy distance. On day 5 I watered seedlings. On day 6 the seedlings are growing well. On day 7 I watered seedlings.

on day 1 the plants are doing well and starting to ramp up their growth. On day 2 I watered the plants. They look a little droopy I will monitor them for another day before I take corrective action if needed. On day 3 I watered plants. They were perky again today so I believe they are doing OK. I also lowered the nursery tray 2" in order to optimize light levels with the canopy. On day 4 I watered plants. On day 5 I watered plants. On day 6 I watered plants. I removed cotyledons and and single blade leaf to clear up bottoms of plants. On day 7 I watered plants.

On day 1 I watered plants. I also watered with BTI treatment (fungus gnat larvae). On day 2 I watered plants. On day 3 I watered plants. I also defoliated the 1, and 2nd nodes to prepare for building a manifold. No signs of sex yet, hopefully soon. On day 4 I topped all plants to create a manifold and saved tops for cuttings. I also watered all the plants. On day 5 I moved the plants into my flower box.The light intensity is at 75% while I watch to see how the plants like it. I watered the plants as well. On day 6 I watered plants in the morning and at night. I defoliated old leaves with calcium deficiency. I have increased my calmag to compensate. I will monitor the leaves for improvement. On day 7 I watered plants 2x. I began main-line and used wire to tie down mains. I increase light intensity to 100%. Applied BTI for fungus gnat larva problem.

On day 1 I watered plants 2x. On day 2 I watered plants 2x. I also defoliated the leaves covering the first node of my mains. On day 3 I watered plants 2x. I also adjusted my LST wires to the 2nd node on my mains, and topped to the 3rd node on my mains. On day 4 I watered my plants 2x. I also applied BTI to medium. The plants have really greened up and are deff starting to rage! 😎. I confirmed that I have 2 female plants out of 5. I removed my 3 males and corresponding clones. On day 5 I watered plants 2x. I also applied BTI for fungus gnats. On day 6 I watered plants 2x. On day 7 I watered plants 2x.

On day 1 I watered plants 2x. my bluelab PH pen will no longer calibrate so I'm back to the old school for now, using indicator drops, hopefully I can use the drops properly while I wait for a fix on my pen. I defoliated plants. On day 2 I watered my plants 2x. I was able to calibrate my PH pen finally, no more drops thank the ganja god :) On day 3 I watered my plants 2x. I defoliated large fan leaves. On day 4 I transplanted my 2 FP plants into 3 gal smart pots and hooked them up to my Blumat system with Nutrients in my 5 gal reservoir. I broke one of the branches so I will be short one cola on one of the plants. oh well... :) I will veg for another week or two then flip to flower. On day 5 I defoliated leaves covering growth points. On day 7 I adjusted my blumats and will continue to do so by no more than 1 arrow a day and wait for the system to settle out before adjusting more. The coco is to dry for my liking so I'm slowly increasing moisture as one of my plants is clawing I believe because of the dry back causing an EC spike so hopefully I can resolve that.

On day 1 I flooded my box, but I caught it before it got bad and turned my blumat dial back a half carrot. The coco coir seems to be at ideal moisture and I will continue to monitor over the next few days as it should all level out by then. The plants are starting to green up more. On day 2 the moisture level seems steady with blumats. Plants look much more healthy and improving still. They should be ready to flower very shortly :) On day 3 I defoliated and lolli popped plants. I also switched out the nutes in the reservoir. My nutrients are breaking down into small orange flakes in my rez but I can't completely empty my rez because I would have to reset the blumat which is a pain. I'm not sure what to do about the particulate maybe I need more dripclean more frequently I'm not sure. For my next run I will install a filter on my reservoir to keep out the flakes. I also installed my carbon filter, which consists of ducting coming from my from the exhaust from my grow box into another box which flows into my carbon filter and out of the box. Its like a mixing chamber ;) The girls are starting to stack nicely. I'm excited to see the different results from these phenos.

The girls started their flowering cycle today and are growing well. On day 4 I defoliated the inner canopy to optimize bud site growth, light and airflow. On day 5 the girls are doing well. Not much to do except keep the reservoir on point. On day 6 I defoliated both plants focusing on any large leaves blocking lower bud sites and bud sites that wont produce were removed. I will watch over the next 2 weeks and defoliate more if needed during and after the stretch. On day 7 I performed a light defoliation of anything covering lower bud sites. One of my blumats was starting to produce runoff so I dialed it back about half a carrot. I will monitor the blumat over the next few days to determine if the moisture level is correct now.

On day 1 the girls are doing well. Many preflowers showing and the plants are stretching a little every day. On day 2 the reservoir is almost empty. The plants are praying and growing well. On day 3 I changed out the reservoir. I also lolli popped and defoliated the plants to focus energy on productive bud sites. I set up my carbon filter mixing chamber, which is a box where I feed my exhaust ducting from my grow box and have it meet up with my carbon filter in the mixing chamber, then is scrubbed and sent out the chamber. I have to do it this way because I don't have space in the grow box for the carbon filter to be hung. I'm excited to see these two different phenos, I know which one I'm leaning towards so far ;) On day 4 I defoliated once again. I also applied BTI as a fungus gnat larva preventative. on day 5 adjusted ph in reservoir to 6.1. On day 6 flower clusters are forming on tops of plants. stretch seems to be slowing down which seems soon but we will see ;). On day 7 the girls are doing well.

On day 1 I did another light defoliation. The plants are progressing as expected. The only issue I'm dealing with is fungus gnats... ugh. I will keep applying BTI weekly until the population is under control. On day 3 the plants are putting out more pistils and seem to have stopped or slowed down their "stretch" phase. On day 4 I'm starting to see some trichomes forming on the sugar leaves, no smell that I can discern yet. I also changed out my reservoir and applied a BTI soil drench. On day 5 I adjusted the PH of my reservoir down to 6.1. I also purged my blumat system to make sure there are no clogs as my reservoir has fertilizer particles due to my water heater causing separation. I must keep the water heater on as I am growing in the northeast coming into the cold time of the year and can't have my reservoir freeze on me. On day 6 I adjusted the PH of my reservoir down to 6.1. On day 7 I adjusted PH in reservoir to 6.1.

On day 1 things are going well. The buds are getting larger by the day and I'm starting to smell the terps. This is an interesting one, I can't figure it out just yet but there seems to be grapefruit in the background at least. I also did my last defoliation to bring in more light to the canopy. On day 3 the girls are doing well. My PH pen broke so I'm back to indicator drops until amazon hooks me up with a new probe. On day 4 the plants are doing well. I applied my final BTI treatment. The fungus gnat population is way down and almost completely eradicated. The girls are putting on more trichs everyday and the smell is increasing :) On day 5 I see no more fungus gnats :) I should receive my PH pen tomorrow and will finally be able to adjust my reservoirs pH with more precision. On day 6 the plants are doing well. On day 7 my new PH pen was ready for use. I discovered my reservoir got down to 5.5 PH yikes! I used PH up to get the PH to 6.1. I then changed out my reservoir with new nutrients. I PH'ed to 6.1

On day 1 I adjusted the PH of my reservoir down to 6.1. On day 2 I adjusted the PH of the reservoir from 6.3 to 6.1. On day 3 the buds are really starting to bulk up and are putting out side flower clusters already in week 5. I adjusted the PH to 6.1. The goal is to coast from 6.1-6.3 then back to 6.1-6.3 ect. On day 4 things look good I scoped out the trichs and found some to be filing up with cannabinoids :) maybe she will be done in 7-8 weeks like the breeder says. On day 5 my reservoir temp got into the 80's because when the reservoir gets depleted it lowers the water level below the thermostat and I'm getting into the colder months so the cold air temperatures are causing the heater to heat when not needed. My temporary fix is to place the heater diagonally when the water level gets low and then when the water level drops a little more I will fill my reservoir back up fully so to keep the heaters thermostat running correctly. On day 6 I did another defoliation to improve light penetration and airflow in the canopy. I installed a new "Nano aquarium heater" this will be able to heat my reservoir without being affected by the water level in my reservoir. I also changed out my reservoir and adjusted the PH to 6.1. On day 7 the girls are looking and smelling great! I adjusted my reservoirs PH from 6.6 to 6.1. My Nano aquarium heater seems to do the job nothing out of the ordinary that I could tell after a night in the low 30's.

On day 1 I adjusted the PH of my reservoir from 6.3 to 6.1. On day 2 the PH was 6.0. On day 3 the buds are really bulking up :) and the reservoir is at 6.0. On day 4 I applied a BTI drench Ph of 6.0. This should be the final application for any remaining fungus gnats. The reservoir's PH is also 6.0. On day 5 I had to PH up my reservoir to 6.2. When I get to the last half of my reservoir the PH seems to dive down instead of up. On day 6 the reservoir PH is 6.3. On day 7 I adjusted the PH of the reservoir to 6.1 and did my final defoliation before harvest. I have one cola that may have gotten pollen somehow... I cant find any male pollen sacks anywhere on my plants so it's kind of a mystery at the moment. Only time will tell and all my other colas seem unaffected.

On day 1 the plants are looking good. I confirmed that my one cola was seeded, so I removed all visible seed pods. After this run I will do a deep cleaning to make sure there is no pollen in my grow box. The rest of my plant colas seem fine... I changed out my reservoir and adjusted the PH to 6.1. I also dimmed my light to 75% to mimic spring conditions. On day 2 I adjusted the PH of the reservoir down to 6.1. The plants are looking great besides a few fox tails from too much light. On day 3 the PH in the reservoir is 6.2. On day 4 I diluted my reservoir with plain water to lower the ppm down to 400 ppm, and I adjusted PH to 6.2 . The buds are ripening for sure and smell great! I haven't gotten any autumn colors yet even though I have dimmed my grow light and lowered my night time temps. I hope by 8 weeks the plants will have some more purple tones but if not I'm good with the flower quality thus far :). The breeder says 7-8 weeks so I'm hoping I am close to the finish line. I will continue to monitor the trichomes for ripeness. On day 5 I adjusted the reservoirs PH to 6.0. I harvested my seeded cola on Pheno #1 as it had stopped growing/ripening and would be a good tester ;) On day 6 the reservoirs PH is 6.2. On day 7 the PH is 6.0 50 % pistils have turned amber so I believe I have entered my harvest window and expect to flush and harvest soon:) very excited!

The girls are maturing well and today on day 1 I have changed out my reservoir with only tap water and will PH only once until harvest and let the PH naturally rise out of range to start starving these girls and finish them up. They sure smell like they are real close ;) On day 2 I'm struggling with my night time humidity up to 90% no good but I don't have a dehumidifier that works in my small space so here we are...I decided to harvest early rather than chance any budrot. I started to notice the tips of the leaves touching the walls had started to turn black and turned soft so yeah I harvested. I'm running my Pheno # 2 again so I will do my best to make it to optimal harvest time going forward.
