For autos I start with some water in the center where the seed will be planted, around 500ml. A few days after she's above ground I hit the outer edge with another 500ml bottle of water to coax root growth. A couple days later, repeat the outer edge with 2 bottles at 500ml each. Then after 1 week full watering begins. It's a routine that seems to work well for me π
