I planted my seeds directly in substrate but i did also pre-soak the seeds for 12h. in a glass of water with a little hydrogen peroxide. I 'm really amazed by the fast germination. Before, i bought a lot of seeds from cheaper vendors and the germination was sometimes hard. These seeds look amazing quality and i am really looking forward to this grow. I started in 1,5L pots and repotting will be done in 12L pots. I'm not going to adjust the PH in this grow because it's all organic. It's also my first grow with Cellmax soil and products. Really curious how they wil perform.

I have made another video but i can't seem to upload it. I guess there is an upload limit on each diarie. I'm a little disappointed because i wanted to focus on making video's but i can understand this takes a lot of storage for the platform. I will continue my diarie with photos and text ... This week, i started giving rootbooster, grow and the 8-2-2 nutrients. I'm going easy for now with the 8-2-2. The girls are growing good and i am starting to think about repotting. Looking at the roots first, i can see they are nice white and well developed. I could wait a little longer if i want because there is still room for the roots to grow but i want to repot asap because i also want to add mycorrhiza. I mixed some Cellmax bio soil with perlite and i also added wormcastings, crushed eggshells and mycorrhiza. I went easy on the wormcastings because it's my first time with Cellmax Soil and products and i also want to see how these perform. It was also a very hot week but the girls didn't seem to mind. I had one day a max of 36°C but the average for this week was about 30°C. I also notice the development of the side branches started. They are stil small but seem to grow nice and even.

I first started with a single 26W light for the seedlings but this wasn't enough so the seedlings started to stretch. Thankfully, i could borrow 2 x 39W Sunblaster T5HO lights from a friend. Once i got room in the tent, the seedlings could move over there so they can enjoy the Mars Hydro TS-600 light. 😊 I also started this grow with a new bug-scan card. I wanted to keep track if this Cellmax soil has gnats but i already can see this soil is free of gnats. (In the past, i had other brands of soil that were infested.) For now, i'm only adding rootbooster to the water. Next grow i will also use rootbooster when i prepare my soil for the seeds but for this time i forgot. The seedlings are growing good, looks like there is 1 smaller one. Also there is 1 bigger one, this one really wants to grow because she's also leaving more internodal space compared to the others.

Ok, seems like i messed up my weeks in my diarie somehow. My second germination week (seedling phase) is counted as week2 from veg. I also can't seem to edit this because i'm in a contest. No problem, i just make this week 3 of veg, i had a seedling phase of 2 weeks so i can do some shifting. It's my first diarie so i still need to get used of the system. 😅 After the repotting last week i started to notice the plants got some little tip burn. I didn't give more nutrients so the only thing that could cause this is the worm castings i added to the soil. I didn't use a lot so i still find it strange. Does this mean the worm castings i use are to concentrated? Or is this just a crappy brand? Let me know in the comments please. Because of this tip-burn, i gave less nutrients. 2 ml/l rootbooster, 1 ml/l bio grow and no 8-2-2 this week. Also i started giving some calmag (0,3 ml/l) once a week. The plants are really growing like crazy. The main stem is really thick and the side branches are starting to develop. Normally i would top by now but i decided i didn't want to do a topping. On the website of sensi seeds, i see this genetics should stay short and bushy with a big main cola so i would really like to see this main cola developing. The only problem i have right now is the hight of my tent. It's just 1,60m. I want the plants to develop as long as possible but i really need to make sure i put them in bloom at the right time so they don't grow to big for my tent. I'm hoping the description on the website about the plant not growing much in bloom is correct. 😆 Furthermore, I have done some cutting on the lowest leaves and branches. These won't grow big and only take away energy from the rest. The plants are by the end of the week 41cm in height. I also added a photo to the album with some artistic coloring. (The black plant) It's a cool wallpaper for smartphone so if more people want to use this, no problem. I allow the use of this image for non-commercial purposes. 😉

The ladies are growing good. Really good. Maybe it's because i'm used of topping for a long time or maybe because the last year i only grew 100% indica's but these plants seem to grow like beasts. They are growing so good, in the middle of this week i decided to put them on a 12-12 lighting cycle. I'm afraid if i'm going to wait longer they will be to big for my little tent. At the end of this week, the biggest plant is 59cm. There is also the one smaller plant in the middle, i keep raising the pot so she can keep uw with the rest. The 4 big outer plants i keep switching places so they won't grow to much inward to the light. Also this week i needed to trim some of the huge fan leaves so the growing side branches can have some light. I removed about half of the main fan leaves. I didn't want to remove them all because the leaves on the branches aren't that big yet. During the next 2 weeks, i will slowly remove the rest of the main fan leaves as the leaves on the branches get a little bigger. Still don't need to feed a lot. I'm using the Cellmax Bio grow (2 ml/l) but no need to feed the extra 8-2-2 nutrients. The plants still look green enough because the worm castings i added to the soil. Also once a week, i add some Calmag. From previous grows i learned i always need some to stay out of problems. Temperatures because of the weather are also back to normal this week.

This week, i continued to remove some main fan leaves and little branches. I am still going slowly on removing the main fan leaves because the leaves on the branches are not taking over yet. Their grow is going slower than i anticipated. Instead, the plants really are putting energy into growing in height, i am slowly running out of space with my lighting at the top of the tent.😅 I do expect them to be slowing down because i can start to see they are close to be going into bloom. The plan was to maximize my little tent without topping so we will know soon how good i am in predicting my plants growth. 😂 At the moment i think i'm good but there is this one plant i have to keep an eye on. The biggest one is at the end of the week 80cm and she has potential to grow to much. I started to do some LST on this top, i'm doing this every day to slow her down a little. In the future (if the smoke is good) i wouldn't mind growing this strain again but now with topping the plants (like i'm used to). Temperatures in the tent are still normal. Feeding didn't change also.

At the end of this week, the small tops are showing and it's 2 weeks since i switched to 12-12 so this is my last week of veg. They are now growing less in height and are becoming really bushy. My tent is filled up completely, i can't move the pots anymore because everything is entangled. 😁 Looks like everything is working out, my lamp is now at the highest point. I did remove a lot of the remaining main fan leaves this week but for the rest nothing much happened. I'm really excited going into flower.

My little tent is a jungle of branches and buds 😁 In my feeding, i switched the cellmax bio grow to the cellmax bio bloom and i still give calmag once a week. Still no need to feed some extra cellmax 8-2-2, my leaves are still nice and green.

This week, i did some descent defoliation and lollipopping. Everything to small or to low had to go. The weather is also getting colder and wetter and i start to notice this in the tent also. Normally, i would place a small heater in the tent but with this SoG setup, there is no room for it 😅 I'm waiting as long as i can to heat the entire attic because energy prices are also high as f... at the moment. SMELL This week i was smelling the plants and i noticed 4 plants have an earthy smell except one. This one plant has a really sweet watermelonlike smell. Later in the week, the other plants are getting this sweet notes also in the background. With the one plant, it's all sweetness i smell. It's not in the background and i can't wait to taste this one. I don't really know what part of the genetics is creating this sweetness. I wasn't also expecting this on this strain. If anyone with knowledge of genetics knows, please share this with me.

The buds are starting to look nice. Last week, i wanted to give a little extra nutrients for bud growth. I started to give some top-max from Biobizz also but i am getting tip-burn on my leaves so i stopped this. Not a good idea to start mixing nutrients from different brands. For now i'm sticking with the Cellmax nutes. Only the CalMag from Biobizz i keep using.

Day temperatures are really starting to drop so i invested in a bigger tent so i have some room for my heater. Now it's not a SoG setup anymore, you can hardly see there are plants in this big tent 😂 The tent is a 120 x 120 x 200 cm from Mars Hydro. I am not planning to put more plants but i just needed more space. The plants are doing good. The buds are getting bigger and the plants are still looking healthy. There are a couple of leaves showing some Calcium defficiencies but it's not to bad. It's just a few and i also think this could be from being close to the lights in the previous tent. Also with moving the plants, i used plant-wire to support some branches. The smell of the plants is still the same, earthy with a sweet note in the background. Just this one plant, she has no earthy smell at all. It's all sweetness.

This week, there was a little outbreak of gnats. 😟 Because of the weather, there are gnats everywhere and now they are in my tent. They stick to the yellow card and the ones i see flying, i use the vacuum cleaner to remove them. I hope the plants won't get to much stress from the babies in the soil eating the roots. They got only 3 weeks to go. Also, the leaves are showing some brown spots, this isn't a problem at this stage, next grow i will need to give a little more calmag each dose. Previous grows, i gave way less calmag and the deficiencies started to show as soon as i went into bloom so i know i'm doing good.

The last 2 weeks it was a struggle fighting the gnats. The worst part is over now but it was bad. This much gnat-babies in the soil, i'm sure this will affect my final yield. Also, the temperatures getting lower and me decided not to top will also affect the final outcome. This wasn't the best grow but also not my worst 😂 I'm having about 2 weeks to go til harvest, the smallest plant is starting to show some purple colors. The yield from this one won't be big but i am curious if the taste will be different from the others. Another plant looks like she is sprinkled with THC. She also has more triangle/christmass tree shaped buds, with the others it's more of a fat pinecone shape and i also got the super sweet smelling one. Before harvest, i think i'm going to tag all the plants because there are a couple of different phenotypes and i want to taste-test them all actually.

The ladies are getting to the end. It looks like it's autumn in my tent. 😀 They are starting to show beautifull colors. One looks like she is ready so i checked under the microscope. I'm already seeing amber but i would like to see some more, i'm guessing i can harvest her after the weekend. The other ones can grow a little longer. The one that's almost ready, only gets water from now, the other ones still get nutes but lesser. after the weekend, they get flushed with water also. 👌
