I made my own coco/perlite mixture. I used coco coir bricks and washed 7 bricks one at a time (limited space ass my downfall) I washed them 3 times. I used organic perlite which I also rinsed and made 70/30 coco mix. I then made full cal/mag solution mix and let the coco mix soak for 12-14 hours. After putting the coco in the 3 gallon fabric pots I used my continued light intensity and height for a week or so while only using correctly PH tap water to keep the mix moist. I will be honest coco in the beginning can be very tricky but the trick is to let a 1/4 inch get dry before watering again.
