@SirGideon,Hey buddy, hope things turn around. I'm almost certain you have some iron issues. Run grab a bottle of Cal-mag and apply it with your current regiment and i think you'll resolve the problem. A serious nitrogen deficiency will show first in the lower leaves as uniform yellowing that continues till the leaf crisps up and dies The plant pulls nitrogen from lower growth to aid in it's new shoot development. And slowly it will move up the plant. Low nutrients will show as a light, sort of sickly light green which will display across the entire plant. Anemic looking.
Iron displays at the growth tips as a yellowing with thin green leaf veins. (pretty much as your plants appear)
