-Transplanted the pods into a custom soil blend
-Fed and watered plants with a solution of 3 parts water to 1 part compost tea
-Heavily misted daily mornings and evenings with a water to combat low humidity
- Plants grew very well this week despite the high heat and low humidity at times.
- Watered the plants with a each with a quart of 4-6-2 compost tea and a quarter gallon of water once a week.
- Added a second fan to the tent for better air circulation
- Lowered the grow from a height of 26in to 21in and turned the power up to 80% (only using 1 grow light at the time)
- All Plants are growing very well
- Topped all the plants
- Fed and watered once this week each plant with a tea blend at 50% strength
-Added a second light ( spider farmer sf2000)
-Both lights are at 50% power
-Plants are all growing well but I went a lil too strong with the nutrients.
-Gave the plant full non diluted compost tea. I should have stuck to the 50/50 plan from the previous weeks
-Plants were topped and now have 4 colas on all
-Bitties is the tallest strain with both plants at 10 and 11 inches with 4 beautiful even topped colas
-Plants are still growing pretty well overall
-Fed them with a homeade bloom nutrient, epsom salt, and egg shell fertilizer
-Also fed them with 4 to 1 ratio of water to compost tea
-Both Bitties strains (A) & (B ), Royal Gorilla (A), and Mohan Ram (B) are the standouts so far in the bunch
-Switched the lights to bloom
*Went on vacation for 5 days of this grow week so I was worried the plants were gonna suffer. To my surprise the plants seemed overall pretty decent. With the slight exception of Royal Gorilla B and Bitties A which both got wind burn from the fans. One fan fell into Royal Gorilla and Bitties A grew taller into the fans direction. Despite that, they are doing well and cant be happier with the results so far given the high heat of the desert.
-Plants had an amazing week. They bounced back pretty well from some extra TLC that was given.
-Removed lower weak branches and some leaves to clean up the canopy and allow more light and airflow
-Buds started to show on all plants.
-Royal A-B, Bitties A-B, Mohan B are my favs of the bunch. Mohan A is a bit of a runt but has many node sites so I am curious to see its yield.
*Photos were taking in the morning when the humidity was low. Also posted 13 pics in honor of Halloween :-)
-Another decent grow week with the plants
*- noticed the Bitties B was the only plant that had some sick looking lower leaves which I believe is a case of magnesium deficiency. It is the biggest so im going to give it a lil extra epsom salt water throughout the rest of the grow (all the plants get the same amount of nutrient tea every week).
-Buds on the smaller Mohan Ram B are the biggest so far.
-No aromas yet but hopefully next week.
*3 weeks behind on posting so the full update notes is on the week 11 post
**The pics for each week of the grow are accurate though
Sorry to myself and all else who follows this grow
Will try be more diligent in the future
-Try- is the key word here :-)

*This update is my overall grow experience from weeks 8-11
- The past 3 weeks have been not too bad considering the plants were dealing with some external factors. 1. The tent was hotter than it was usually due to the increase in light power (Both at 100%) and the plants increasing in size. I did get an exhaust fan so I can finish out the grow without any more heat stress. I also was away for about 4 days and the females hate when I do that lol.
- Gelly Biscuit A and B at this point are the closest to finish and show the least amount of stress. Tough plants and quick finishers they both are. Nugs are very dense already and smell wonderful.
*** I am gonna try an re-veg after harvest so I can get a clone. Your prayers in my success will be appreciated frfr.
- Mohan A and B are the next closest to finishing. Also not much stress from heat but that was to be expected bc I grew them in the AZ summer where the tent was over 100F at times and still some harvest. Mohan A has a strong aroma of spice. but some slight sweetness to it almost like a curry dish.
-Royal Gorilla A and B are are also chugging along well. Royal B has some stress but honestly still looks pretty good. Royal A has more stress from the heat but almost some slight nutrient deficiencies. Royal A is definitely more greedy for nutes and water than other Royal Gorilla phenotypes I grew in the past. I cant wait to smoke this one bc it is one of my all time fav strains. Aroma from both are pretty identical almost like a "gentle sweetness"
-Bitties A and B are going through different things over here lol. Bitties A has all sorts of issues with the leaves but the nugs still look pretty good. Also found like 3 or 4 pollen sacks so it def hermed some. Imma put this on me though because of the heat stress. Bitties B on the other hand looks good but the nug development is different that A. not bad just different. Im excited to see what the smoke is like off these strains. The aromas are not strong yet but they have a sweet smell to them.
**Going to harvest Gelly and Mohan in a week and the other the week after. I need the room for other strains so be on the lookout for more journals.
Harvested the the plants about 3 weeks ago and went out of town for bit without updating. Half the plants were left hanging to dry and the others were just jarred up. All the plants had wonderful aromas and beautiful trichs. Picture quality that week was meh because the light would not cooperate no matter where I went. Next week will be the final post of this journal with the harvest weights and pics.
The smoke is easily one of my favs. Being a cross of white widow and sweet Afghani delicious, the high feels like the definition of what a hybrid strain should be. Glad to have a clone of this one for sure. One thing with the grow I would change would be to to not top the plants twice when growing in a short amount of time. I believe the colas would be bigger and the yield would be the same if not more while using less nutes. A definite strain keeper for me. If you like hybrids you should def give this a go. Thank you Sweet Seeds.
I honestly cant really give you an accurate explanation on the taste but it is pleasant. sometimes I taste grape and citrus but sometimes I taste chocolate. Especially on the exhale. The high is very relaxing especially at the beginning. After a while you stay relaxed but the mind has a little more clarity. Very good sleep aid as well.
Let me say this again; this is one of my all time favorite strains. Its an amazing hybrid that has a stronger relaxing effect than usual. The smoke taste sweet, earthy, and sometime like citrus. The smell the nugs give off are also a dream. very inviting lol. This strain is usually the first to be depleted after a grow because its just perfect for anytime toking. Thank you Royal Queen for this amazing strain.
Ok so this strain is a beast. I knew it was gonna be just by how well it was growing from day one. the smoke does not mess around. She is mad of strong stuff. It only takes a few hit and I am in my head like "damn, am I really high already." Pain relief, relaxation, and a slight head buzz makes this a very chill strain. Stay home with this one people. A truly awesome strain and now in my rotation. Thanks Solfire Gardens.
-And thanks to myself for finally completing this. I had a lot of fun and learned some things. Im proud of me.
-And BIG thanks to all yall who gave me support through personal contact and or comments. I truly appreciate you all.
