runts x red velvet

i really dont understand the nutrient i use 3 tbs per gallon of gaia green , 1.5 tbs per pot bone meal , and kelp extract .40 gram per gallon of water oct 2nd looks like 1 of the runtz x red velvet did not make im not really sure where i went wrong on that 1
