Decided to harvest now for a couple reasons. First, I'm seeing amber trichomes on the buds now and the pistils are mostly brown on most buds (especially the larger ones). Second, I noticed a few mealybugs. I sprayed with ethanol/water mix, but don't want to risk those multiplying and ruining the grow. Finally, I started another plant too early, and it's now ready to flower but doesn't have any light. If I harvest these, then it can take their place. Trimmed and fresh froze plants 1 & 3 on harvest day. Made bubble hash the next day. Loose-trimmed and hang-dried plant 2 at 65 degrees, 50% humidity for 7 days along with the hash. Jarred plant 2 on day 7 when the small branches snapped. Jars settled at around 57%-58% humidity. Nugs are crisp and smell great, pure lemon. Pressed hash into rosin, but went a little too hot to result turned out darker. Definitely some amount of green in the rosin too, will need to work on hash process to avoid that in the future. Still excited to try it.
