Looks like overwatering. 30 percent course perlite on substrate will help with the resistance of this issue greatly for future.

Hi there everyone how do I get rid of mud gnats from an inside grow without using any spray? I've used yellow sticker trap's and put cinnamon powder around the top of the soil to stop them from getting in the soil and laying eggs to produce more but with no luck

Hello my friend, you can use the yellow tape like you've got to catch the flies but you need to use nemotodes to kill the larvae. The larvae is what is hurting your plant by eating your roots. The nematodes are parasites that kill the larvae. This is the best way to kill them, the second best way is neem oil. Both will kill them very fast. But to prevent it in the future let your soil dry out in between watering!

I've been looking on Internet & read baking soda is ideal for mud gnats, they say sprinkle over top soil then spray with water to kill gnats, has anyone tried this before does it work or does it harm the plant?

I would not use baking soda. I woukd neem oil it all. Let it dry with yellow traps and a vinegar soap mixture close for them to drown in and get stuck to. Repeat process till cycle is broken.

Hard to find a analysis on the labels for this. but here are the outputs for grow and bloom https://www.vitalink.eu/wp-content/uploads/2023/08/Earth-MAX-Grow-1.png https://www.vitalink.eu/wp-content/uploads/2023/08/Earth-MAX-Bloom-1.png They are advertising themselves as a one shot feed system. Magnesium oxide does not break down easily so its like it does not have any magnesium in it. https://www.vitalink.eu/products/ I could see maybe the Turbo product helping a bit or the buddy product. Turbo has b vitamins and fulvic acids buddy is a basic PK booster. I'm not a huge fan of how this stuff looks on paper. its not in available forms for some key elements. I think if you switched out the brand you could find something that would give you more of what you desire. Good Luck!
