the new lights are AMAZING! The difference in my girls is night and day compared to old cheapos i had. Lesson learnt, DONT CUT CORNERS TO SAVE A BUCK! lol Everything is going so well. The girls have started bulking up their flowers and sprouting pistils everywhere! Bumping up the nutrients slightly this week, looks like the girls may need the extra bit, but still not at full strength. The clones are doing well, some of them have pistils because when I cut the clones they were for about 3 days in the 12/12 tent with the mothers, which I failed to realize, but got them out as soon as i did. So some are going back into veg, but i dont think its a big deal as they seem to be doing pretty well, other than the wind throwing them around a little. The Lychee I rescued has completely blown me away!! The little guy just exploded with growth all of a sudden, picking up that the humidity in the tent was lowering to 50% which was not ideal for the lychee seedling so I placed her inside a humidity dome with a few squirts of water. Also learnt that potassium and phosphorus are crucial nutrients, so i'm feeding it a very light dose of the Boom Bloom which is high in both. This seems to have done the trick and she is just LOVING it! You can see in the picture how dull the leaves look and the shape she was in. Couldn't be happier to see new growth coming out especially at the speed it's growing! Will continue to update in the week as things move along! Happy Growing!
