Here is some Info on Sorbet Dream:
Indica leaning, delightful blend of citrusy fruity terps with dream like, hazy effects.
Introducing Sorbet Dream. The goal of this project was to extract the zesty, citrusy orange flavor and cross it with a hazy, euphoric high. To achieve this, we initially crossed Orange Sorbet with Blue Dream, as we discovered that the photoperiod variant provided a hazier experience compared to the Auto variation. After successfully creating the photoperiod cross, we introduced one of our beloved Autos, Blue Dream Auto.
We ultimately named this new strain “Sorbet Dream” due to its delightful blend of citrusy fruity terps with dream like, hazy effects.
Lineage: Orange Sorbet (Karma Genetics) x Blue Dream (Humboldt Seed Co) x Blue Dream Auto (Humboldt Seed Co)
Indica/Sativa: 60/40
Seems like she is growing fast and hard. I decided to 'Top' it on day 17. will show pictures through the topping process. Some say don't top or Fim autos, but I have done this hundreds of times. As long as the plant is healthy and growing well, it will pay back 10fold in number of huge colas.
Topping was successful as she has bounced back. She will get her first top dressed feed of organic nutrients on Approx. day 24. Then she will rocket in size
Day 31 (Week 4), and she has stalled a bit. Only because I was quite aggressive on defoliating all the energy zapping fan leafs. She had her first Gaia Green top-dress about 4 days ago, and there should be nothing but love a growth in the next 10 days. My guess is she will be fully in flower when I post next week.
:)
More defoil... but still loving veg stage as she crosses into flower stage. The majority of nutrients will now be more 1-3-3. Still want to give it a bit of fishbone nitrogen for her to make the complete phase change to flower.
As much as I want to defoil again, I'm gonna leave her alone. She is demanding she stays quite short and bushy. There is no lack of Colas and bud locations. Not worried, looks like she will be nearing completion around the 80 day mark, but we will see.
Couldn't handle it any longer. This beast is tightening up and getting dense. I defoliated again and forced some heavy LST by pulling branches to the side. My worry with these bushy beasts is that not enough light gets to everywhere it needs to be. Also, come closer to harvest, excess trapped moisture can sometimes cause bud rot. Now she is swinging free and should stack up insanely for her last 4-5 weeks. Good times!!!!
Steady as she goes with some fade happening. This one is going to span the distance. She is at 59 days since germination. I can see this one easily going until 85 - 95 days before harvesting.
Very leafy... gonna be a bit of trim work when all is said and done.
She stopped growing and I feel like it's time to harvest. Shows good fade, and even know the trichomes aren't showing any amber. 95% are cloudy, so that should be fine. This thing is starting to foxtail with some re-veg. I will give her the chop on Friday. Day 89
I don't like couch lock, so I tend to harvest when there is very little amber Trichomes.
😛😛😛
This was a bit of a trim nightmare, as there is absolutely NO space between buds. Each cola is just a long thick hard as rock bud. The wet weight is insane.....This will yield great, and I will update this post when it dries.
Fun grow
Took Gaia Green Organic Nutrients with no issues. No bugs, No bud rot, no real deficiencies.
Overall, a short plant that just kept getting thicker since week 7.
Spent the last 48 hours sitting with no light and no water...Just a fan on her.
