Pink Lemonade
(Pink Kush X Lemon Skunk)
https://www.34streetseeds.com/pink-lemonade
Photo-period, feminized seeds
THC: 18-29%, CBD: <1%
Hybrid 80/20 Indica Dominant
Flower period: 8-8.5 weeks
Finish outside early October
Two classic cultivars combine for a refreshing hybrid offering the best of both worlds.
Good THC & terpene levels come together in about 8 weeks for tight, dense buds with wonderful yields. The green and purple leaves really accentuate the glitter on it's trichomes ...Sticky!!!
This project is off to a good start. Soaked 4 seeds for 36 hours in dechlorinated tap water with a dash of kelp extract. All 4 seeds seemed to have cracked. Decided to move them to a wet paper towel in a ziplock bag but lost a seed during the process.
Notes and Observations
Seeds germinated under a CFL bulb inside a shoebox type plastic container. Took about 7 days for the seeds to pop.
* 2023/09/17 Soak
* 2023/09/19 Ziplock
* 2023/09/21 Solo Cup
* 2023/09/29 Cotyledon
Seedlings in solo cup are growing steadily.
Tallest is 9cm, 7cm and 2cm with deep tap root.
The smallest seedling is in pure Seasoil potting mix, while others have a mix of dirt, aeration, compost, worm castings... and worms...Petite Pink Lemonade took 4 or 5 days longer before popping up.
I haven't given much water in week 1 and 2, just sprayed water around the stem. After day 10-12, started giving about 30 ml every 3 or 4 days.
Just started bottom watering, planning on up potting in 15 L (3.9 G)) AUTOPOT plastic pots on November 1st or November 11 2023.
Happy Legalization Day Canada. Vive la légalisation!!!
2 Pink Lemonade seedlings were transplanted in their final container, 15 Litre Autopot.
Very little water was given since transplant 4 days ago.
A mild neem oil solution (castille soap/aloe vera) was fed, as well as an alfalfa sst.
Neem oil 15 ml
Castille soap 7.5 ml
Alone vera small leaf
14 g sprouted alfalfa seed
10 L dechlorinated water room temperature
Diatomecious earth was dusted all over the plants.
Plants are settling in the Autopot, big ass fan leaves are blocking the light for the lower branches.
Pink Lemonade 4 (Queen) was topped a week ago. It's 23 cm tall, other one is 18 cm. We are thrips in the recycled soil. Multiple diatomaceous earth, neem oil application have not been sufficient to eradiate the eggs. Might have to get insecticidal soap before flipping to bloom. Had same issue for the last couple grows, went with a massive defoliation, multiple foliar sprays with aloe vera, epsom salt, h20, lactobacillus to try to clean and wash the leaves.
