Both beans are growing true to type, the Amnesia is tall and lanky as expected and at 8 inches, twice the height of the Charry Cheesecake. Because of the squat shape of the cherry, the shoots coming out of the first pair of single leaves was removed before they even had a chance to emerge. I am going to do a late topping on both of these probably early next week at the next pair of leave. I'm still using the same 9 litre bucket of nutrient that I mixed up f rom the start. I water from the sides and keep the weight of the plug below 500g in weight during this critical time. There is a small brown spot on one of the larger leaves on the amnesia, but that is meaningless because all the fan leaves are coming off anyway.
