I would fix the over watering problem first. Your leaves are really droopy. Then I would lollypop. The bottom 1/2 or 1/3rd of your plant needs removed. All leaves and small nodes below this level needs removed. It will seem as if your hurting yield but it's actually helping. Remove small nodes that are down low that don't recieve light, and the leaves. This will make her focus on the top colas and will make them more dense. I would do some last low stress training to open her as much as possible. After that I would make sure to trellis her or have stakes or cordage to support her, so she can support herself when she packs on weight. Flip her to 12/12 and watch the fun begin! Goodluck growmie! 🙏

Trimmed her up and got plant ties and trellis in place. When should I flip?

I would allow the branches to stretch through the trellis, then bend them through the trellis, allow them to stretch up again 2-4 inches and then flip. This would give you a better canopy and more budding sites. But this will possible require another trellis above the one you have. It just depends on how much that this strain stretches once in flower. If your limited to height which it doesn't look like it, but if you are, then flipping now would suffice and the net would help support your gal and her buds. But if your not limited to height then allow her to grow, then weave her branches through the netting. Once they have stretched a bit after you widened her out and blended her in the net, then flip to flower. You'll get a larger plant, more buds sires, and a larger overall yield. Goodluck growmie Please consider selecting me as the answer so I can be entered for a chance to win grower of the month contest I would really appreciate your support 😊 🙏

Inducing flower is completely up to you and your goals. Given the space you have her in your gonna get real crowded in there. That plant is going to double to triple in height and you don't have a lot of space in that trellis to weave them very far. Go for it. Weave them for the first week, then allow the tops to stretch up. at day 21 do your last defoliation to open the lower plant up to more light, and away you go!
