Hello Grow Diaries! Germinated 5 Fastbuds Lemon AK auto starting on 10/17. Put in water 24h, paper towel 36h, then in soil. By 10/25 all sprouts had emerged with cotyledons and first single leaves forming, about 1in tall. Planted in 5 gallons of Fox Farms Happy Frog with about 20-25% perlite and 1/4 cup of diotomaceous earth each bucket. One is in 3 gal bucket because that’s what I had 🎃 Tent exhaust is on medium, osc fan is on to move air but not right on the seedlings. 400 watt LED is on 40%. Here’s to a great grow! 🌱❤️

All is well, 5 plants look good with 3 lobed leaves forming. Watered twice this week about 1/2 pint each, plain water left overnight in tent to warm up. Ph 6.8-7.0. First watering was treated with Prime Superior beneficial fungi. A couple plants needed a little wire for support. Light up to 50% dimming. First snow today! ❄️ 🌱

Week 2! Plants look great overall, 5 pointed leaves formed on all. One plant has brown spots, not sure what that is. Watered twice this week, about 4 pints each. One watering with about 1 ml/gal beauvaria bassiana concentrate. Light up to 80% dimming. Looking forward to the next week! 😎☠️🌱

Howdy! I got some brown spots on the lower leaves of one of my plants. Not sure what it is or if it’s anything to worry about. Appeared quickly a couple days ago but doesn’t seem to have gotten worse? I’d think nute burn but they’re in happy frog soil and no other nutes

If new growth is fine it's nothing to worry about. The first leaves can sometimes show a slight defeciency. I think it's just the seedling adjusting to the soil pH . It stabilises the more you water. New growth on your plant looks good .

Week 3 going great! One watering in the middle of this week, about 4-5 pints each, with a big watering likely tomorrow. Light up to 100% by the end of the week. Started LST and they are bushing out nicely. Lots of green leaves on the way! Gonna check TDS from runoff tomorrow to see if they will need any extra food soon. See you next week! 🌱🍋

Week 4 and doing great! All plants have grown a lot, responding great to LST. Starting to smell good. Watered twice, about a gallon each. Biggest plant is starting to look pretty light so might add some nutrients soon. Cranking light schedule to 20/4 next week. Pistils starting to show and flowers forming! Looking forward to next week! 🔥🌱🍋

Interesting week! 😅 One of the plants got accidentally topped/brutally beheaded. Found thanksgiving morning, possibly the LST wire got caught in osc fan and twisted off 🙁 Also I think I have nutrient burn from not feeding yet/my runoff PH was pretty low around 5.5-5.7 last watering. Symptoms include droopy leaves, yellowing leaves, smaller new growth, and brown spots on older leaves. I added a little tea made from some solid fertilizer I had, I got some new liquid fertilizer to give them next time they are watered. Plants range 12-24” tall. The tallest ones seem the most hungry so that supports my theory they need nutrients as they have grown so much so fast, also they probably need more juice as flowers have started. The good news is flowers are now forming and already smelling very good! The smaller plants are still quite green and lush. Fingers crossed for next week! 🦃🌱🔥

I need nutrients? Haven’t fed yet, in happy frog soil, just started flower. Leaves are droopy, thin, and yellow on new growth. Brown spots forming on old growth. May also be a little overwatered and cold at night. My plan is to give nutrients next water, please see diary for more

When looking at the plants in the picture it looks to me they are hungry and having some issues with Calcium and watering, You started the PH was aorund 5.5-5.7 in your last diary entry, that is to low for a soil based grows and it is on the range of locking out calcium from to low of a PH. I think you need to not adjust your PH going into the medium "if you are" and you should give them some Liquid nutrients, Liquid Nutrients will be available to the plant immediately and then you can mix in some dry amendments if you wanted to keep it organic and such or just continue with the liquid. One thing to note is with Liuid nutrients its best to get sme Runoff with every feed, however soil can sometimes become water logged and compact over time with to much water. so water in slowly. The temps at night will be negatively affecting you as well, 14c is to cold and will start to slow the metabolic process for in the plants, Ideally 18c should be your night time temps, its colder but not to cold it hurts the growth. This is especially important as your are entering flower and they will be stretching a lot. The droopiness of the leaves says you are overwatering with out it drying out enough between waters, it is also what happens to plans in the night and that get to cold. One quick tip, Stiff stems and droppy leaves = overwatered limp stems and droppy leaves = underwatered Good Luck!

Bad nutrient burn, crispy spotted leaves all over. Only started feeding late last week after it started, much too late. Watered all plants once in the middle of the week, and the largest plant got extra layer in the week. About 10-12 pints each. Water rangedph 6.1-7.0 with tds about 440. I think the are hungry so I added light cal mag (less than 5ml/gal) and and general organics grow (less than 10ml/gal). Runoff ph is too low about 5.9 and TDS is pretty high about 1300. Going to try to fix that. Took some of the crunchy and yellow leaves off, but leaving most on to help the plants get what they need from them. Good news: the buds look great and are getting fat and smelly. Looking forward to next week! 🌱🍋

Nutrient burn has progressed in all plants, brown spots and yellowing leaves. I fed much too late and root ph was too low. Still fixing with light nutes and cal mag and trying not to add to low of ph. New growth looks ok and the buds are getting fat and smelly so I hope we are ok. Fed/watered once this week with a big flush, about 2 gal each. Ph of water with nutes was 6.4 and tds was about 400. Runoff was 5.8 and tds about 1400, still a bit too low. Buds getting fatter by the day! Looking forward to next week! 🌱

Good week, the buds are getting huge and the smell is very strong, dank, and fruity. One big watering this week and taking leaves off as they yellow. 🍋🌱

Getting closer! I’m thinking 2 more weeks, 3 at most. The trichomes are starting to get cloudy, but still mostly clear. I think I am going for maybe 10% amber and mostly cloudy. The buds are getting absolutely giant and the smell stinks the whole house up when I open the tent. Giving light nutes and watered twice this week. Looking forward to harvest! 🔥🍋

Final week! Flowers smell great, pistils mostly orange and curled, sugar leaves curling up and dying, trichomes mostly cloudy with some amber. Everything is hung to dry in the tent at about 60/60 and waiting to trim! Will update with harvest report
