Would prefer to call this Seedling instead of Veg, but I digress. Not much to say or do at this stage. I used humidity domes until the first true leaves appeared, then hardened then up over three days to transition from 80+% humidity to low 70s. I’ll step the VPD triggers up for veg later this week (probably 1.0 kpa).
With large soil pots and living soil under a nice blanket of mulch…it’s on auto-pilot. They stay moist and can sip whatever nutes they want, but there is little loss of water from the soil, and these girls aren’t using much yet.
These all have a variegated color to some degree. Not sure if I fucked up, or just genetics. Considering they are seedlings and I’ve done very little, I’m hoping it’s genetic.
The results of training are becoming more apparent. High stress is right out, bending and tieing stunts growth on this cult (based on this grow, two were bent one severely, and two were spread out but allowed to Christmas tree. Seems like the trees are doing a lot better, but it’s not in the bowl yet.
