Hello G.D community im back at the journals after a couple years of rest and lack of space for doing my thing.
This time im running with 3 jamaican dream seeds from the bank Eva Seeds.
Unfortuately i dont have pictures of the first two weeks of grow stage because a moving process.
the 3 seeds germinated by sept 29th at the night and planted them in jiffys
let them in the closet with a bootleg 135w ufo led with a 20-4 light cycle and showed the first pair of leaves after 2 days
i had to keep the seedlings in the jiffys for one entire week because i still didn't had the grow tent or even the pots at my place 😔
growing kinda slow because of the small space to grow roots
Oct 09
i finally get my tent, the pots and my cob LED panel so i transplanted the jiffys to the definitive 12L pot i using three different type of pots
-a 12L textile pot
-a 12 L square plastic pot
-a 12 L circular custom pot
Oct 12
i watered the plants with some cal mag because they were showing nutrient deficit
Finally the 3 plants start to recover from the bad beggining and stress of transplant
i must say that im impressed with the stable grow pattern of this strain
they are drinking normal and started to give some grow fertilizer
oct. 21
i tucked some big leaves to provide light to the lower branches and applied LST on the plant from the textile pot (jamaican 1)
ill let grow the another 2 with not much intervention to see the natural shape of the plant.
Oct. 23 (monday)
it seems like the plants finally reach a healty development through the vegetative stage. I aint got enough time for this grow so im going to switch the light cycle to 12-12 on a couple days and got fruits before the summer. In fact this is why i choose this particular strain (a really short flowering time of 6 to 7 weeks)
-apllied big one through spraying the leaves and stems.
Oct 26 (thursday)
i switched the light cycle to 12-12
November 01 (wednesday)
-almost one week into 12-12 cycle the pre flower stretch is just beggining but i notice new development day by day.
November 03 (friday)
-Apllied big one again, this time via irrigation 2ml/l of water (10 days after the 1st application as recommended by the manufactureer)
November 05 (sunday)
-going great with the stretch and overall i see healty colors and development, i keep prunning some fan leaves and lower sprouts for better light penetration and also focus energy on the future buds.
November 6 (monday)
-already 10 days since i switched the light cycle but still any sign of pre-flower stage i forgot that my led setup had a switch i had to move once i changed to flower stage so the plants gets the optimal light spectrum. i did it as soon as remember this detail 😅
November 9 Thursday
-getting a nice stretch, keeping the defoliation for more light penetration and LST some branches watering with 2ml/l of top bloom
November 12 Sunday
-all green, stretch and healty, finally showing signals of pre-flower stage
greetings GD community 👽!
Another easy week, finally here comes the buds 👽
feeding with top bloom and top candy this week
found out that jamaican dream doesn,t loose control throug stretch phase so waiting a little bit more to switch the photoperiod would be recommended for another round
4th week of flower completed
3 ladies stacked with buds everywhere, drinking more than ever
feeding with top crop products, they have a complete line of very good and affordable nutrients for all the grow stages
really happy with the bud/leaves ratio of this plant
blessings 👽
