FlamelJesus I put these plugs into cups because they were becoming dry too fast.
There were also problems with the water - pH was 7.2-7.6, so I had to decrease it using "pH down" to ~6
FlamelJesus For some reason they started to look bad, maybe water overflow idk. I decided to loosen the soil and found that fken stick right under the roots of my planty. I put it out carefully and finished loosening, now they looks much better :)
